as soon as diana debuted, she was taken as samsung's endorser until 2019 before bts and blackpink took over her work as an ambassador/endorser for the huge brand of korea.
until now, she still uses her samsung phone. since 2015, she uses samsung a lot until 2018 where she bought her own iphone 6. when bts' samsung edition was out, she bought it.
in 2021, she bought a new phone which is her iphone 11 pro max. for business, she uses her samsung bts edition phone while her iphone is used for personal matters.
she uses both phones to take pictures. she has 2 phones now. when doing live stream, she will use her iphone for the camera while using her samsung to look at fans' comments.
although using iphone, she never uses itunes instead, she used spotify. she has been a loyal user of spotify together with her beloved fans.

she is a phone case lover. she has a drawer full of phone cases back in her apartment. for now, her samsung phone doesn't have any case since it's a limited edition and there's no case for it.
for her iphone 11 pro max, she just used a transparent casing with a polaroid photo of her world tour final concert in seoul. when fans notice the back of her phone was the photo, they were awed.
she loves her fans a lot. she also has a keychain tied to the edge of her phone case and it's a keychain that is gifted by a fan during a fan meeting before the covid-19 pandemic. it was handmade.
it makes it more authentic and valuable since it's handmade and made with love from a fan to diana.
