You were never good in studies at all.

Never in your life did u ace any subjects.

But there was one thing good about you. U always tried to do your best no matter how bad u were in your academics.

And now u were struggling to understand anything that your teacher was teaching. More importantly u didn't understand your most disliked subject, Math.

Sometimes even hearing that word would make u feel depressed due to the immense amount of chapters in that one subject.

"Alright class, homework is due on Friday. Class dismissed and Y/N can u come out for a second."

U already knew what was about to come but had no choice but to walk out of the classroom with heavy steps.

But what u didn't know was that one particular classmate overheard the teacher's instruction and tried to peek in the conversation.

"Y/N. You do realise that your grades are not improving at all right?"

"I-I understand and I've tried very hard to study for the previous test but it just wouldn't get into my mind." U tried to explain.

"I know you're a diligent student but just studying isn't going to help. You need to understand the contents. Hmm, do u perhaps have any friends that might be willing to tutor u?"

U looked down in disappointment.

"I had a few but they all gave up after seeing how bad I was."

"I see... perhaps u should hire a tutor? That might help u." Your teacher suggested.

"A tutor? They are pretty costly and I don't have any money for them." U replied.

"Hmm how about this, I'll see if there are any tutor that might charge cheaper and I'll contact u."

"Guess I have no choice, thank you sir."

With that u were left with disappointment as u sighed in defeat.

"I get to finally spend some alone time with
Y/N!!" A certain student thought as she smiled to herself excitedly.

Turns out your teacher had contacted your parents about hiring a tutor to help with your studies.

Not to make things worse but your parents even wanted to send u to a private academy not that they wanted to pay for u but it was extremely costly and u didn't had the money for that.

"How am I even going to pass at this rate..." U mumbled to yourself before....

"You're still failing?"

U jumped in shock before turning back to see...
