**Mina walked slowly towards the cable car. Chaeng weighing if she'll hold Mina on her waist while walking to make sure Mina won't lose her balance, or just stand behind her so she could give support immediately once it happens.**
Chaeng: Don't worry I'm just behind. I'll catch you if you fall.
**Mina giggled. If it means falling for you, well, I've already fallen on my knees. Can you catch me now? Mina thought.**
**Chaeng couldn't explain it, but hearing Mina's soft giggle made her so giddy.**
Chaeng: You want to sit?
**Mina considered it for a second. But if she'll sit, Chaeng might be standing far from her since the seat can only hold one.**
Mina: No! I'm good at standing. Maybe just lean on the wall or something.
Chaeng: Okay! Let's move there.
**Still in the same position, Mina walking before Chaeng, they walked at the front of the cable car. To have a wider view of the city and trees around the area.**
Chaeng: This is a great spot. But if you feel dizzy, just let me know okay? We can both close our eyes.
**Chaeng said jokingly just to lighten up the mood. She knows that Mina is so nervous about this.**
Mina: I can do this!
Chaeng: Yes, of course, you can!
**Then they both hear someone spoke at the microphone, telling the passengers that the door will now close and that it's ready to ascend.**
Mina: Oh my gosh!
**Then she held Chaeyoung's arm unconsciously.**
**She didn't care anymore if she's holding her or not. All she knows is she needs something to hold onto to keep her from standing.**
**Chaeng glanced at her once, keeping herself composed and pressing her lips together to stifle her smile.**
Chaeng: Are you still okay?
**Mina gasped for air first before she answered Chaeng.**
Mina: I think so?
**Her right knuckle turned white because of how tight her grip on the rail is.**
Chaeng: Why don't you put your hand here instead, so I could support you better?
**Chaeng was talking about the left hand gripping her arm. She motioned Mina to release it and hold her left forearm, which was holding the rail tightly.**
**Then she stepped backward to position herself at Mina's back, so if Mina stumbles, she could catch her immediately.**
Mina: Here?
Chaeng: Yeah, there.
**It was the closest distance they've ever had. And Chaeng couldn't command herself from calming down.**
Chaeng: Look at the city! It's so nice, right?
**She said, trying her best to divert Mina's attention.**
**Her lips were so near at Mina's ear that it almost tickled Mina.**
**Mina finally smiled, and it's the first time since they stepped in the car.**
Mina: It's beautiful. I bet it's more fascinating at night
Chaeng: It is. Let's wait for nightfall before we leave. What do you think?
**Mina tilted her head to meet Chaeng's eyes before she answered.**
Mina: Why not? I don't have a schedule tomorrow, but you have school, right?
Chaeng: It's fine. I'll ask Tzuyu to wake me up. In case, my alarm becomes useless.
Mina: Hmm... let me do that job for you since I'm the one who dragged you here. Besides, I bet Tzuyu still wants to sleep a little more.
Chaeng: But that means waking up early for you, too.
**Mina tilted her body so she could face Chaeng better.**
**Their distance is more noticeable at that position. Both of them facing each other, looking straight at each other's eyes. Hearts fluttering with each breath they let out.**
Mina: It's fine. I could go back to sleep after I wake you up. At least you don't need to disturb Tzuyu with her sleep, right?
Chaeng: Hmm... now you make me feel guilty for always asking her to wake me up.
**Then they both giggled.**
Chaeng: So... does that mean you don't have plans for tomorrow?
Mina: Plans? I have. Watch some movies on my list, and sleep more.
Chaeng: You really love staying at home don't you?
Mina: I don't think I have any reason to go out, aside from going to the grocery.
Chaeng: Hmm... eat out or meet some friends or walk in the park. You know, just to release stress.
Mina: I guess I'm better lying on my bed and cry whenever I'm stressed, and I guess that's the only time I could recharge myself from all our busy schedules.
**Chaeng nodded though she's not getting it. Being alone in your room for a long time seemed to be more stressful than going out and having a chat with your friends. Or walking to see something good on your way.**
Chaeng: Hey! Don't cry! I mean, if you need someone to talk to, call me and let's talk. I'll free up my time for you.
**Mina couldn't hide her happiness anymore. She smiled from ear to ear. She loves what she heard. it feels like Chaeng is going to give her the attention she's been waiting for since Sixteen.**
Mina: I'll take note of that.
Chaeng: You should.
**She smiled.**
Chaeng: But did you realize how opposite we are? I mean, I go out a lot whenever I don't have school or a schedule, while you stay at home as much as possible.
**Hmm... I noticed that already a long time ago. Mina thought.**
Mina: I did. But aren't they say opposite attracts?
**And we're meant to attract each other? She wants to ask.**
**Chaeng smiled and nodded.**
Chaeng: Well, I guess so because these two things complement each other, right?
Mina: Right! But of course, they need to be more... sensitive to each other. So they won't clash.
**They're almost at their destination, so the car kind of stopped and moved again, which made Chaeng stumbled closer to Mina, too close to make them feel each other's heart.**
