Childe alternatively looked from you to Kaeya who walked towards you without any care, sparring no glance to his side as if the chestnut haired did not just gave him a death glare as he passed by. Having to see everything from afar, you deadpanned, a nervous laugh came out of your mouth.

"Hey Kaeya. you don't have any job right now ?" You asked, hoping that he was just on his way to his mission and was just passing by.

"Nope. I saw you walking towards the city so why not hanging out for awhile ?" He said, wrapping his arm around your shoulder out of habit, and you felt your whole body froze at the skinship. Yes, it was normal in between you, but you felt like you were about to burn with the menacing glare Childe was sending towards the both of you.

"Ah-ha... Seems like it's not a good idea right now.." You sheepishly replied, awkwardly picking his arm up from your shoulder as he watched you weirdly. Kaeya smirked, seeing how unusual for you to care about having his arm around your shoulder.

"Finally, learning to feel shy, eh ?" He wrapped your head under his arm and playfully poked your head.

You were fucked up. You could feel his presence walking closer towards you and the both of you turned around to see Childe's obvious fake smile. Seeing that smile, you knew you would not get a single wink of sleep tonight. He was pissed.

"Oh, an old friend, (Y/n) ?"

He used your name. Yep, you might not even see the light of tomorrow.

"Childe ! Umm.." You squirmed yourself out of Kaeya's arm and took a step away from the both of them.

"This is my friend, Kaeya. Remember that I told you about training under Knight of Favonios ? He was my partner during the training and we basically.. uhh.. did everything together so.. uhh.. that's why" You were afraid that you said something wrong you felt like you eyes went everywhere and went dizzy to find a good reason to get away.

However, the boys had different thing in mind.

They knew that they both wanted the same thing. The only different was that, Childe already got what he wanted.

However, he did not like the look Kaeya had. He admit it, that the man before him was beautiful. His deep blue eyes were not wavering as he glared into them, and his smiles were provoking him. He had his blue hair tied in a low ponytail and brought to he front. He had a lean body and his posture did not seem he would back up even knowing you were already taken.

It frustrated him that amidst of that, this man knew that he IS hot.

Childe snapped from the glare as you grabbed his arm.

"Kaeya, this is my boyfriend, Childe. I did not tell you about him because I didn't think it matters, but it is now." You turned to Childe with a smile, "Babe, it almost dark out let's head back home." You dragged Childe with you to go back to your home in Liyue. It had to be done this way or else you would witness an unreasonable fight in between them. Seeing how he would come here for Tim, he would definitely go further out with Kaeya.

"Kaeya ! We will hang out again with the others !" You shouted at him as you were already far away, did not want to offend Kaeya for leaving just like that.

"So, all the time I was busy with my mission, you hang out with another guy ?" Childe said, walking a little bit away from you. You wanted to say something, but you could not come out with anything.

Yes, it was your fault for not telling him everything. You just did not want him to question as he got easily jealous. Just by saying Tim's name, he came all the way to Mondstadt and found one thing you were keeping to yourself. What turn of luck you had.
