This is not a request but a gift to myself ! I have been feeling empty after reading the final chapter of SNK and I want to write a sneak peak to my story again.

"This is the place ?" Azula questioned as she, Ezra, Aether, Paimon and Zhongli reached the domain Aether mentioned. This place hold a strange power, even Azula could sense it from the outside. She looked down, her eyes flickered for a moment before she stole a glance on Zhongli, in which the male caught her in action. She quickly averted her eyes away with shame.

She tagged along with Aether after he told her the place. It worried him that her little brother was going to engage in an unknown battle alone. Not until she met Zhongli on the day and was told that he tagged along. If she knew, she would try to avoid meeting him.

She could not stand receiving cold stare from him from time to time. He did not even make it any subtle.

"Azula-sama ?" Ezra called for her and snapped her out of her train of thoughts. She turned to look at the blonde-haired, bespectacle man.

"Let's proceed. Zhongli-san and Aether already entered." Azula shook her head as she realized she was losing her composure. She cleared her throat and forced a smile.

"Right, let's go." Azula said before entering the domain.

The place were dark with a mildly lit atmosphere. It was not the usual domain but somehow located in a cavern.

"What should we do.." Azula heard Paimon muttered, echoing through the cave.

"What's wrong ?" Azula approched the group and they turned around facing her.

"There are two ways here, and we don't want to waste our time being in a group just to go to one destination having no clue what's waiting us." Paimon explained, and Azula nodded.

"Why don't we split up ?" Ezra suggested, earning an affirmative nodded from Zhongli, and Aether seemed okay with the idea too. Azula looked at Ezra, tilting her head to know more of his idea.

"Good idea. In the meantime, why don't we split into a group which still haven't been coordinated. I have gone to some domains with Aether and learned his battle style, and I wanted to learn of new things." Zhongli said, and Azula turned around to look at her, feeling uneasy of what he was going to suggest.

"I suggest Ezra to go with Aether and Paimon, while Azula come with me." He said, and Azula felt like her stomach churns at the suggestion. She could feel instantly how Ezra tensed at the suggestion as well, seemingly disagree with it.

"I'm afraid I can't do that, Zhongli-san." Ezra said.

"If you are worry of Azula's safety, I will ensure her safety until the end of the journey, and if anything happens to her, I will responsible." Azula looked up to him, hope unconsciously lingers in her sparkling eyes.
