Milo put on her last role of deodorant before she reached for his T-shirt. She slipped the black tee on her body looking at the image that reflected back at her.
She flipped her braids to the side, before sliding his boxers up her legs, moving on to the basketball shorts he gave her.
Milo sighed out. She looked deeply at her reflection, falling in love with the clothes she had on. "Trash ass nigga, but he's got style." She thought, brushing down her T-shirt.
Milo stepped out. She spotted Jahseh sat on the couch. An awkward feeling rushed over her body. The two of them hadn't spoken since he walked in on her naked. Way to make things worse.
"You ready?" He spoke up. "Yeah. Yo clothes are cool." She responded. "Preciate it."
He stood up, walking past her, leading her to follow.
Jahseh opened the front door, the sun hitting their skin. "Ahh." Milo breathed, her face tilting against the sky. "Nice, huh?" Jahseh questioned.
"Hella nice."
Jahseh walked towards a small white car, pulling out his car keys unlocking it. He reached for the door handle, opening it as Milo trailed behind him.
"Thanks." Jahseh nodded as she entered the car.

The coolness of the fridge calmed Milo down from the scorching sun. Milo's feet glided against the ground. She peered into the isles, watching everyone walk past. Her body felt relaxed and secure.
Even though the situation she was in wasn't positive, she took what she got from it. Jahseh was giving her slight freedom, her being stubborn and difficult would be stupid.
All she wanted to know was exactly why she was in his custody. How did she get in this position, why was he so persistent in keeping the reasoning behind her being with him from her? As scared as she was, she had to swallow that pill.
Jahseh stood in front of the fridge, grabbing the small groceries he'll need. Milo walked toward him, helping him pick out foods. "Can you cook?" he questioned.
Milo chuckled. "Why? You need me to cook?" she asked. Jahseh tutted his teeth. "I just asked."
She sighed. "Well yeah, small shit though." Jahseh looked towards her. "Like what Milo?"
