Six years later

Terry and Marinette had returned to Gotham after the trial of the Akuma Class. Marinette was at home working on a few commissions while Terry was out on patrol around Gotham. Last Terry heard years ago Lila, Alya, and Adrien had been taken to ICC in Holland. The rest of the class had been placed in La Sante to stay out of their sentence. The fines would be paid once they were released from prison in two years.

But Terry was right now not focused on that but on the information, he'd received from Amanda Waller not an hour ago. He wasn't just the new Batman by chance, Amanda had replaced the reproductive DNA of Warren Mcginnis with the reproductive DNA of Bruce Wayne with the aid of Kryptonian nanotech (the only way to make it have any logical sense). He was pissed he was the son of Bruce Wayne and Marinette oh God how was he supposed to tell her?

Terry stopped a top of Wayne Industries as he looked out over Gotham. He saw Marrinette's building not too far from his own location large MDC letters in beautiful cursive script decorated the building. He stood up from his spot as he made up his mind. He grabbed his cell and made a call to Marinette who picked up after the first two rings. "Terry, is everything alright?" Marinette asked

"I just needed to hear your voice that's all," Terry told her

"Alright now, what's really up?" Marinette reitierated

Terry chuckled nothing got past her," Well..." Terry then told her everything that he'd learned

"Would you like some space to figure things out?" Marinette asked once he'd finished

"No! Are we still on for this weekend?" Terry asked as he thought back to what was in his jacket back at the manor.

"Yeah, but are you sure Terry after what you've just learned..." Marinette said hesitantly

"After what I've learned I just need to see or hear you and I'll be fine," Terry softly smiled

"You're corny, but real sweet Terry" Marinette lightly laughed

"So how's the commission going?" Terry asked as he took off to continue his patrol.

"It's going well I finish it just in time for Dana's fitting and then our date," Marinette told him

"I still can't believe that Dana was the one to propose to Nino," Terry laughed

"Dana isn't exactly the traditional run-of-the-mill kind of girl Terry even you should know this by now," Marinette told him.

"I know just came as a shock when she actually did what she said she would do since we were in sixth grade" Terry informed her with a chuckle

"Hey it was at least better than Chloe," Marinette told him

Terry groaned as he remembered Chloe's rather disastrous engagement to Felix Graham De Vilany a year ago. "I'll see you this weekend then," I told her

"See you then Ter," Marinette said before Terry hung up.

After several hours he headed back to the Batcave. He needed to talk to Bruce before he did anything else.

Bruce was oddly understanding it didn't click till Terry saw four boys in Bruce's living room from his spot in the hallway. Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake,  and Damian Wayne (his half brother and ex leader of the new League of Assassins).

"Terry by doing this you'll have accomplished the one thing that I never could until it was to late... and I'm proud," Bruce told Terry after a few minutes.

"Bruce,"

"Go on and good luck, my son,"
