"We clearly have to get rid of this" says Andrea. They all knew who had put this here. The idea of the killer grabbing the knife and going into Jade's house to frame them messed with their heads. The killer had been here, right where they were. And maybe, they were watching the friends having this conversation right now.

"We should hide it" said Daniel. They all nodded.

"Not in one place, we should probably take turns hiding it" Nora continued. Everyone agreed. Then, Daniel offered to hide it first.

"Don't you think you've done enough for now?" said Jade. She was referring to the paragraph he had written about Nefera.

"I'll hide it first, here" she said. Jade lived alone, and no one would have any motive to be looking here. It was the perfect plan, at least for now. But they all knew that sooner or later, they would have to come up with a better plan. The killer wouldn't stop until they got away with it. And right now, the police were doing everything to find the killer. Jade grabbed the knife and put it in a zip-lock bag. She was careful not to put her own fingerprints on it.

"You guys should probably leave after dinner, I'll hide it then. It's best if we don't let each other know where we hid it" Jade explained.

It was a couple of days later. All four friends had slept horribly these last couple of nights, knowing the killer was still in Silenda. And trying to frame them. Jade had done her best to hide the knife, and not even her friends knew where she had put it. She knew she made the right decision hiding it first, no one, other than her three friends had been at her home. Who would even go looking there for the murder weapon?

It was early and Jade was ready for everything to go back to normal, but she knew that it could take a while. She got up and got dressed for school. Things might not be normal right now, but the least she could do is pretend they were. As she got ready to leave she looked at a picture of her parents on the fireplace mantel. She was wondering whether she should've told them about Nefera, about everything that's going on. She knew that they would try to bring her back to the countryside if she did. But she needed a support system, and her friends were starting to not be enough.

"I'm sorry I left" she said and held the picture for a while. 'Pull yourself together Jade, they didn't want you to be you, forget about them' went through her head. She got her keys and walked out the door. Time to go to school.

"Have you guys read the paper today?" Nora asked the others."As if I have time to read the stupid paper" Daniel answered. He was looking at pictures on Instagram. He couldn't care less for old-timey things like the paper.

"Cleo's on the front page boasting about the Nefera Foundation" she answered. Cleo had started a foundation to keep Nefera's pictures alive, but most importantly, start her own career as a photographer. It seemed like Cleo was using Nefera's death as publicity, which made the rest gag.

"It's disgusting what she's doing" Andrea added to the conversation. Jade seemed a little absent. Maybe she was thinking about her parents, maybe about the knife, who knows?

"Jade Evans to the principal's office, Jade Evans to the principal's office please" they heard through the speakers. Just what they needed, one of their own, in trouble. Jade started worrying whether it was about the knife, how could they have known. Or did the killer do something else? Only one way to find out.

"Guys, I gotta go, see y'all in class." She walked nervously to the principal's office and knocked three times. When she opened the door she saw the principal and detective Hall.

"Jade, detective Hall is here to ask you some questions" the principal said. Detective Hall showed Jade to another room nearby and she took a seat. She didn't know what he was going to ask, but she knew it was going to be hard not to tell the truth. She had become a little tired of lying, she wasn't as good at lying as Nora or Daniel.
