(Teen wolf + The Chilling adventures of Sabrina + Stranger Things + Riverdale)
Lucy and Emel return with Billy, who to all of our surprise, came willingly.
The boy must be really desperate for a chance to be normal again if he trusted Emel of all people.
He stands beside Timothée's unconscious body.
My sister pulls out the mountain ash, and this time, it traps both Timothée and Billy inside. He folds his arms and slumps down.
"Now what? I wait for Tim to wake up?""No. Just stay there and do nothing." She says.
He laughs cynically.
Timothée stirs awake, and speaks in with a groany voice, "Nes... What happened?"
I sigh, remembering that I'd hoped there was a way to fix both of them without them ever having to find out what they are. I guess, things just don't work out the way you want them to most of the time.
"It's a long story, but the supernatural world is real and you're a berserker. So is Billy. I know you can't remember but-"
"Wait, what?" The worry is clear in his eyes. "A berserker?" Timothée laughs, either unconvinced, or in denial. "But that can't be right. From the information in my journal, berserker's don't have human souls. And... I'm still human."The fact that Timothée is a supernatural-obsessed geek makes this a lot easier.
He takes a second before doing a double take, "Hold on, how do you know the supernatural world exists?"
It seems as if this wasn't news to him at all, but rather, a surprise to hear from me.I close my eyes and reach for the golden warmth to cover my pupils. When I open them again, my eyes are glowing.
"Because I'm part of it."Timothée gapes. The same look of admiration a child would give their favorite superhero.
A fictional being come to life. The difference between Timothée's reaction and Billy's to finding out I'm a werewolf is so startlingly opposite, it's almost funny.
My eyes return to their ordinary brown, and Timothée could not be more amazed.
"Woah, Nes! A Werewolf? That's totally tubular! Can you do it again- please?"I glance at Billy, with the tiniest hope he might still accept what I am.
He's already looking the other way.
My heart tightens, but I can't let emotions cloud my mind at a time like this."Timothée, I'm serious. You're a berserker. Or half-berserker, anyway."
The boy's excitement gradually dies as the reality of my words set in.
He frowns, "But... How? How did this happen?""It doesn't matter." Emel answers before me, and we snap in her direction.
"What matters is getting you and Billy back to normal."
She paces anxiously.Billy lies on the soft green grass, "This is fucking ridiculous."
"Not really." Timothée shrugs, lying beside him. "This would be really cool if I weren't actually the subject."While the berserker boys continue bickering, Lucy says, "I'll go to Greendale and see if my friends can help."
"I'll come with you-"
"No!" She cuts me off, a bit too abrupt. "I... I have to go myself."
Although surprised at how important this seems to her, I nod.
Lucy walks alone.
