Margot's phone began to ring.
"Ugh, who's calling this early in the morning?" Elouise grumbled, before burring her head under her pillow, in attempt to drown out the sound.
Margot sighed and turned over to pick up her phone, taking it out of the little cubby hole next to her bed. Her eyes tried to focus on the caller ID, but they were too bury from the sleep still within them, so she just answered before placing the phone to her ear.
"Who is this?" Margot's voice came out hoarsely. Then Margot began rubbing her eyes with her free hand.
There was no reply on the other end of the line.
"I said, who is this?" Margot repeated, but still no reply given. "Look it's really early on a Saturday, so speak up or hang up." Margot added feeling annoyed now.
Suddenly Margot could hear heavy breathing, which started to freak her out. Then a thought past her mind. A thought about the mysterious texts she has received on occasion.
"Okay, I'm hanging up now." Margot hastily removed the phone from her ear and hung up.
"Who was it?" Elouise mumbled from under her pillow.
"I don't know." Margot replied, before returning her phone to the cubby hole, and turning over in bed.

Margot was unable to sleep after that weird phone call. In the end she got up and got dressed for the day, once she had her fill of her morning coffee. Oddly Marcus had turned up his flirtiness as well. He hadn't been flirty for a few days and Margot hadn't missed it one bit. Later on though Margot called Peyton.
"Hey Mags, how are you?" Peyton asked worryingly.
"Hey P, I'm fine. Sorry about last night, I was just super tried. How are you?" Margot didn't sound as fine as she was trying to make out. She couldn't fool Peyton though.
"Sure and monkey's bit fly out my butt!" Peyton replied sarcastically.
"That's an odd thing to say." Margot frowned her brows and wondered why he said that. It was very unlike him.
"Seriously though girl, what's the matter?" Peyton urged her on.
"I won't be seeing Charlie anymore." Margot said and shrugged her shoulders, even though Peyton couldn't see it.
"Oh! I'm sorry, Mags. What happened? Peyton sadly replied, with a touch of shock in his tone.
"Well as you know I was at his yesterday...whilst there he told me about what's been going on. After hearing about his brother Tobey and how sick he's been...made me feel bad, you know? And there I was thinking he was ignoring me this whole time." Margot sighed heavily and explained in full detail, about how they spent most of the day being each others company, and how they almost ended up having sex.
"God, Mags I'm really sorry. It's all my fault." Peyton pinched the bridge of his nose and cursed himself under his breath.
"No it's not, P! Come on, how could it possibly be your fault?" Margot tried soothing his annoyance with himself.
"But I was the one who was encouraging it! Like I did when you were in New York with Tom." Peyton felt like the worst best friend in the world.
"You may have been encouraging me...although you are not the only one to blame. I knew I wasn't ready to date, but I let it happen. Charlie is a traffic guy and if I were in a better place...then things may have been different. And I need to let Tom go." Margot felt her heart sink at the mention of New York. But it snack a little further in her chest once she mentioned Tom, about moving on from him.
