Chapter 27: True Colors

Your POV

At the park, we tried to lure the impostor, Tavork. I tried telling him who sent him, but he replies with no answer. And yet, he is the one who lured us into his trap while having his thugs. We were surrounded, but I managed to dodge a surprise attack while helping Fanda out.

Everyone looks surprised at how I saved my own blindspot. Tavork stands in front, having his face filled with nothing but a greedy smile. "I thought that you would be surrounded, acting like fools who are totally weak, but what makes you think that you're powerful than I do?" He points out to me. "How dare you make a fool out of me!? Trying to embarrass me!?"

"You're the one who already made a fool out of us. You even try being a teacher for nothing. Mind telling me who sent you?" I ask him.

"The one who sent me to ruin your school's fun?" He starts showing his true colors. He mentions the organization who is called Octci Lanquort. That's something I don't know about, but it must be some criminal group for something. I got a bad feeling if Fanda is being targeted. "Since you both know about my secret, then I'll just get rid of you so nothing will ever happen!"

"What about Fanda? What is she to you?" I ask him.

"Fanda, she is like beauty to my eyes. But, I did not think that she would end up as a commoner instead!" Tavork points out to her. He insists on punishing her for teaming up with me against him. "Fanda, you'll pay for crossing with me!"

"I would have." Fanda draws out her spear from her lower back. "And you're going to pay for it!"

"..." I have no idea why Fanda is like that, but I can tell that the connection with Tavork has some bad terms. I better go help her out if I can.

"Oh? Is this how your father ended up dead because of how he was the greatest highlander for a man to marry a sexy woman to my eyes?" Tavork asks-.

"Shut up! Don't speak to my dad that way!" Fanda growled.

"Fanda's father's dead...!?" F/n gasps.

"Fanda, let's cool it for now." I stop Fanda who is about to attack her father's killer. I don't understand why her father has to die, but the answer should be straight over to Tavork.

"Why? Because you are scared that you're going to lose?" Tavork taunts me.

"Actually, everyone knows your secret now. We're just here to distract you." I deflect his words. He questions what I meant. I signal out my friends.

"What?" Tavork exclaims as they all appeared, surrounding him and his thugs.

"So this is the true nature of a scum who bullied many students. How shameful." Emily comments about Tavork.

"Indeed, this is not a part of the school rules." Adam who is holding the camera is currently recording the scene.

"When did you all get here!?" Tavork exclaims.

"Right where Y/n tried to lure you here, dummy." Shizure cracks her fist.

"You're so unforgivable for what you've done to Fanda." Ao looks angry.

"You're done, Tavork!" Saria yells at him. Everyone is here while Tavork and his gang are on the defensive.

"..." He looks mad while looking around for an exit. "Damn you, brats! Just wait until I get my hands on all of you! Get them!" He chooses to fight rather than to use a smoke bomb to escape. Adam already recorded the scene before the main event. The thugs start to spread out, fighting against my friends.

I tried to go stop him but seeing three thugs blocking my way. I tried pulling out my sword, but Thug 1 rushes in. Fanda dashes in and she slashed him off before me. I tried calling her to stay with me, but she ignored my words while going after Tavork.
