Emily's POV

We discussed the hostages from their raided village. Right now, we're planning how we can extract them without any problems. As you should know, we as the high-tiers will create a diversion to lure the bandits out, grabbing their attention while Y/n and the others will sneak in a detour until she finds an opening. Then once she freed the hostages, we will continue to storm in and take down the bandit who truly is responsible for leading them to invade the people's village. His name is Bobarid.

We continue to hold the line until we try to break through their defensive ranks. Right now, we are almost clearing the current wave before the final. While we wait for Bobarid and his gang to come, we start managing to patch up our stamina before the final wave. I look at the way where the bandits are coming from, but there is no sign. Something's wrong. "That's funny. I thought the final boss is furious that he was going to beat us." Shizure came to me.

Emily: Yeah, that's what I was planning. But something's not right. He has his attention on us, so he should be coming here.

Shizure: But if he does know about us, then why am I seeing him up there?

"What?" I question her response. I see to where she's pointing at. A figure where he holds his ax down, crashing into the other place. I can see a pillar shape of dust exploded up into the air. "That jump, could it be him?" I ask her.

"Emily, this is bad! Y/n's location has been exposed! Bobarid is after her!" An allied female informs us while she was using her GPS.

Shizure: What!? Don't tell me she let one of those lackeys warned him about this situation!

"We can talk later! Right now, we should give her some help before she gets caught!" I said while we start moving toward the place where Y/n and her relatives are at.

"If she did let one of them get away to warn Bobarid too recklessly, I'll smash her myself!" Shizure looks mad at Y/n if it's true. Let's hope not because there some enemies who have smarter choices.

Your POV

I stand against the five bandits with their Viking armor. The others are just ordinary bandits. I look through each of them, making sure to locate where they are standing with. Saria is currently hiding near the building while healing Phoebe's leg. "One girl who dares stand against us. What kind of pride that is couraged enough to face against my Viking's glory." The man in the middle front stands forward, facing me.

"Who are you?" I ask him. He has his lime brown hair while being tied down while having his beard. My hands are gripping into a fist while trying to warm up my strength while in a level 1 state.

"Oh, so a girl who decided to know about me?" He questions my response while his relatives are laughing. He has his hand, putting a show on me while I was wearing my common adventuring outfit. I stand silent while I let him answer my question. "You have some good silent respect. I'll give you that. My name is Bobarid, the leader of the Raided Wolf!" That's his team name? The five? The bandits rage out a battle cry while I stand down, but gripping my arms to increase your agility. I can't take them all alone at this rate. I need to wait until the backup arrives. I have my eyes looking up at him.

I sensed something. His eyes are glancing at me...something's coming right at me! My eyes locked onto Bobarid's ax being swung towards me. I quickly stand up with my guarding position to where the blade is coming. Right before the impact, my gauntlets suddenly got slashed before the ax. I got hit twice at once while I was being knocked back. "...That impact...!" I have my stance being staggered. I tried to maintain my position with my two feet anchoring before he could attack again.
