Your POV

Time has passed...

I checked the time where it is now evening. I quickly lose track of how much time to travel through the entrance to the location that we are about to enter. "..." This feeling no matter how much I face the entry, I can tell that it is stronger than the monsters we have faced so far.

"What is up with just standing by that cave this time?" Shizure asks, demanding that the time thin out after a long exploration. Yes, we all wanted to return home before night and dinner. The most important to me is getting prepared and then taking the challenge to face combat with the foe that is waiting for us.

"I can tell that the black knight is expecting us," I explain how the darkness lurks from the dark atmosphere from that entry that we were just about to head in. "He might be calling for help as we go in, so let's make a plan before we face him in battle."

"Meaning that we have to take care of his underlings? That's a shocker to you. I'm guessing you must have read about the monsters that call themselves the dark elemental trait from the library." Phoebe scoffs.

(A/n: Y/n, you lowly SHOCKER!)

"I doubt that since she was busy dealing with the apartment problem." Emily denies her word. "And you knew about his weakness?"

"If he is from the dark-themed trait, I predict he is weak against light. Emily?" I ask her since she has a light attribute that can deal with enemies of dark elements.

"Wait, you're asking her to lead the way?" Shizure doubts my question, thinking I want Emily to take on the Black Knight.

"No, I only ask her to deal with the Black Knight. I know that the Light and Dark Element hate each other, but this is the only way we can deal with it." I started planning the first step.

"You knew but we've never met you very often."

"That's because of how popular ever since your mother was known to be..." I begin to speak but have to meet with the blade of Emily's rapier closer to my face. She looked angry for mentioning her mother whom I knew from the article during my free time. "Heheh, sorry..." I stop talking with my hands up.

"No one ever told everyone that she could be this angry for making fun of her mother." Shizure smiles and laughs.

"I never said that no one is making fun of my mother. I said those who insult or mock my mother will pay the price for life without mercy." Emily sighs as she withdraws the point of her rapier away from me. "You must be saying that my mother possesses the element of light now inherited over to me?"

"Yes, that's what I was trying to say." I nervously reply without any wrong words over to her. I slowly have my hands down with my breathing going steady.

"Wow, she is super sensitive during her nobility." F/n comments as she floats closer to me from behind.

"(I'm guessing she's been too strict along with her family.)" I shrug.

"Don't tell me that she'll be taking on him alone since she is the only one with light." Fanda doubts my decision.

"If anything personal, I'm sure she has her friend to protect her," I predict that Shizure will be the one who will protect Emily if things go South.

"Why are you looking at me?" Shizure questions while pointing at herself as we all look at her. I already know that Shizure and Emily have been close to each other. I can't say how but I heard that they dealt each other in a duel since Shizure can be a hot-headed cat that vents her anger on anyone who bothers her. Right now, she hasn't changed a bit even though we've met each other at first and now.
