FALLING ASLEEP IN YOUR LAP
Moving to a shared apartment on the other side of the city was such a hassle. But nothing else mattered than finally being closer to Mingi and the university.
Both of you flop down on the couch extremely tired after placing the last pair of boxes in the bedroom.
"Ya! Lie down properly. Don't act like a bat. You are a human for goodness sake." You scold your boyfriend of 4 years who was lying upside down on the couch. His head hanging low on the floor while his body rested on the couch.
"I'm a bat!" he yells in a cute voice.
You slap his thigh quite harshly and he sits right up, yelping at the pain.
"You should be grateful that at least you have a normal boyfriend who is loyal to your abusive ass." Mingi mumbles while rubbing his thigh.
"Abusive- God min what do I do with you?" You scowl dramatically at his accusations and give up on life.
"babie me cuz I'm a baby!" He chimes with joy while laying his head on your lap.
"Of course. You are a baby. A giant baby to be exact." You smile at his childish behaviour while brushing his hair with your fingers.
A few snores leave his mouth after a while. The sight of Mingi sleeping was the most beautiful thing you had ever seen in life.
You think of the times he flopped down on the couch after a tiring day at the uni. Being a biochemistry major wasn't an easy task. It required a lot of intelligence and energy and this baby has a lot of it.
Mingi's innocence was one of the many things you treasured about him.
