An hour later we pull up at work. "Thanks for the shower sex Coop I think I can take on whatever the night brings.

"So Thor gave you a second wind?" He laughs.

"Thor?" I snort.

"Yes, I gave him a nickname." He laughs.

"Well, Thor is mighty strong." I wink over at him.

He squeezes my hand and kisses me quickly on the lips. "Let's get in there to see what's ahead of us tonight if anything." He said.

"I hope they raided the pier and got a lot of good stuff." I smile walking in.

"Hey, guys! You gotta see all that they seized." Clint said.

"Was it a lot? Coop asked.

"So much! Violet, you are the shit around here right now. None of this wouldn't have happened without you." Clint grinned.

"Thanks, Clint but I was just doing my job," I said.

I had never seen so many guns and drugs and money in my life. Clint even said they had to move Jimmaze to solitary to keep him safe because Andrew already put a hit on him in jail.

"So we took down the big-time dealer now we got a small town dealer that's next. He goes by Pope." Clint said.

"Guess I need to do some digging on him then huh? See what I can come up with." I said.

"I think we still need to watch Andrew he could have other associates we don't know about and make sure his phone calls are monitored." Coop said.

"Good idea. Let's get on it." I said going over to my desk.

So after doing some digging I come to realize that Pope deals on the other side of town. He deals drugs to this club that has really young people around on Friday nights.

"Coop it looks like we have to go across town to that bar that teenagers hang out with if we gonna catch Pope. Here is a picture of him too." I said.

"Now sounds good. We may not see anything considering it's not Friday night but it's worth a shot." He said.

"Sounds good let's go brief the chief on what we are doing and head out," I said.

"I'll do that you while you lock up your desk." He said.

"Ok sounds good," I said shuffling my papers up and locking my desk.

I head to the ladies room and as I come out Penny stops me. "Congrats girl on all the hard work." She said.

"Thank you so much Penny but I couldn't do it alone. But what a great feeling to nail that dirtbag." I laugh.

When I walk back over to my desk Coop is waiting on me. "You ready?" He asked.

"I am lets go." I smile at him and head out to the car.

We head across town and see that the club is closed but we sit and watch for anything happening.

"I think this will be a boring stakeout Coop plus we don't have any cookies sadly." I laugh.

"Oh, man no cookies what shall we do?" He laughs.

"I would so make out with you but not while we are on duty." I laugh.

"Look there goes someone walking across the parking lot." Coop said.

"Maybe it's one of Pope's guy's let's follow him." Coop said.

We follow the guy to a house and I write down the address in my little book. He gets out and walks inside.

"Maybe this is his house," I said.

"Yeah, I'm not sure if this is anything. But we are going to have to come back Friday night and go to the club and look around." He said.

"Guess I get to wear another short skirt." I giggle.

"Oh hell you killed me the last time in that short dress but it's for work and I understand. We are going to take them down one by one." He said.

"That's what my plan is. But I think we need to keep a check on Jimmaze and Andrew because I feel like we aren't done with them." I said.

"I hope your wrong about that V. I don't want to have to deal with them again." He said.

We pulled back up at the station and filed some paperwork and before you know it, it was time to go home.

"Do you want to go for a run this morning V?" Coop asked.

"Sure because I really need a slushy and cookies." I laugh.

"That sounds good and I'm ready for some cookies too." He laughs.

We gather our stuff up and head back to the house to find my mom's car in the driveway.

When we get out of the car she gets out of her car. "Hey, kids! I wanted to bring you some breakfast." Mom said.

"Oh, mom thank you! What did you bring?" I ask.

"Gravy, and biscuits and sausage, bacon and eggs." She said grabbing the containers out of the car.

"Here let me help you, Mrs. Reece." Coop said.

"Oh please don't call me that. It's Avah sweetie." She smiles.

She follows us into the house and Coop sits all the containers on the counter.

"Avah I'm sure you will hear about it soon but your daughter is a hero." Coop smiled.

"Oh please! You helped!" I laughed.

"What did you do sweet pea?" Mom asked.

"I took down a drug kingpin last night." I smiled.

"What? I'm so proud of you Violet." Mom said hugging me.

"Thanks! We were going to run down the beach for slushies and cookies but with all this breakfast we don't need to now." I said.

"Oh, your Aunt Remi put some cookies in a container for you." Mom said.

"I have a bunch of her containers will you take them to her please?" I ask.

"Sure I will. Ok, I'm going to get out of your hair and let you two eat. I'm sure your tired." She said.

"We are. Thank you so much, mom." I smiled and kissed her on the cheek.

"Thanks again Avah!" Coop said.

"Bye, kids! Behave, love, you guys! Don't forget the party on Saturday!" She said walking out the door.
