The boggart love story

James and Sirius were
sitting in the common room, writing their charms essay. Let's all be honest, it was hard. We could hear the gears turning inside their heads.

" Do you know what happened to Peter?. He is just too down". Sirius said.

" Yep. But no avail. He doesn't share anything with us. I am also  scared about him".

" Maybe we should ask him." That's when Peter entered.

" Hey guys, I am just going to take a bath". He said with a smile. James and Sirius were friends with him long enough to understand the pain behind those smiles.

" No Peter, you are not telling as something. Just tell us what's bothering you. We can help".

" What are you speaking about? I am perfectly okay, you guys are probably imagining things." Peter said trying his best not to break in to tears. Let me tell you, nothing, absolutely nothing goes unnoticed by the Marauders.

"Peter,  tell us, please?". It was Sirius.

" Fine, my distant cousin died. He was my best friend." Tears rolled down his cheeks. The Marauders believed that those were for his dead cousin. We all know , they were terribly betrayed.

Peter apologised to his cousin in his mind for killing him .  He just wore his happy mask and went out.

Peter wandered around the halls. Hogwarts was beautiful. The walls, portraits,everything was so elite. And nothing would match the serenity offers by the cool breeze inhabiting the corridors.

" Peter". Peter knew that voice. He had followed that voice for more than an year. How could he ever forget it. He didn't look back, he didn't want to face the disgusted look the other hosted in front of him. He ran.

Peter ran with all his might. He quickly got inside the Gryffindor common room, lucky for him, his friends were nowhere to be seen. He loved them, but he felt ashamed to accept the fact that he had fallen in love this hard only to be rejected over and over again.

Sirius sneeked out of the  Griffindor common room.  Moony had promised to meet him at the Astronomy tower.

" Hey". Moony greeted a Sirius who was panting heavy from running.

" Did you just run ?". He asked Sirius. No one could tell whether Sirius was red due to running or due to his hot boyfriend. Let's settle with the second one.

" What, I am excited to meet my boo!". Sirus said as he pressed a light kiss on Remus' lips.

" I am sorry about Lilly." Remus said to Sirius who was already comfortable on his chest.

" Don't worry. I didn't like that one anyway. Something gives me the impression that James doesn't too. He just started to avoid the skinships. And every time they kiss, James seemed like to be disgusted. Well all I know is that he would always stare at the Slytherin table nowadays. Do you think he found some other possible love interest?".

Moony had also found Lilly's and James' relationship interesting. James was always confused and would always  be in the trance of searching for someone.

" Maybe, I don't think James is into girls. I've never seen him looking at another female, other than Lilly. I have seen him checking out Sev?". Even Moony seems to surprised by his words.

" What the hell Moony?. I mean yes, Severus is really cute and boyfriend material"-- this earned a low growl from Remus-- "don't Remus, you know I am only interested in Werewolf Griffindor with last name as Lupin. But that's not the point. James hates him?".

" I don't think so pads, he always told that he was bullying Snape due to this friendship with Lilly. Severus is gay and Lilly is a bitch, what if James is just seeking his attention?".

" If he is, then I don't think that he himself is aware of that. Maybe his subconscious mind is seeking Sev?".

" When did your brain grow so much Siri?".

Sirius fake pouted and hitted Remus' chest playfully.

" I have a nerdy boyfriend. I need to keep up".

Remus just  ruffled his hair and buried his head in his boyfriend's neck. But he did not miss the mischievous glint in Sirius' eyes.
