*A week later*

*Kayla's POV*

It's been a week since we did the Lockdown. Sammy and I have been staying in Dad's house. I finally caught up on a bit of sleep, even though I have been getting so much creepy messages and creepy phone calls from Unknown. I'm getting sick and tired of stressing out over this person who is watching me 24/7. Some of the messages sent to me were...

All text messages were about Zak. This makes me 100 times more worried about Zak's safety. Also not just Zak's safety, Nick, Aaron, Billy and Jay's lives are at risk. I'm worried about everyone I love safety. I woke up after a goodnight sleep, for onec. Sammy jumped on the bed and started licking my face. I giggled and sat up. I gave Sammy a hug and kissed the top of his head. I looked over at the makeup desk and saw a letter on the look. I got out of bed and walked towards the desk. I picked up the letter. It was a letter from my Dad.

Hey honey, I'm gone to work, so I'll be home late tonight. See you later honey, love you xx-Dad

I put the letter down. I sighed and looked down at Sammy. "We're going to be home alone Sammy" I said. Sammy barked at me. I smiled. Out of the ordinary, there was a loud bang coming from outside my bedroom. I stood still as Sammy shot his head towards the door. We heard another load bang. Sammy ran to the door and started barking. I walked towards the door and opened the door. Sammy walked of the room and started sniffing around. I followed Sammy. Sammy walked towards the stairs. I looked down the stairs and saw the front door slamming shut. I ran down the stairs quickly. Sammy followed behind me. I got to the door. I opened the door and saw a black car drive away from the house.

Sammy was breaking uncontrolabley. I picked him up and said "shhh, Sammy". I walked back into the house and closed the door. I put Sammy down on the ground. I was about to walk into the kitchen, until I remembered something. My Dad doesnt drive a black car, he drives a red car. I started to panic. I ran the front door and locked it. I ran into the sitting room and locked the windows. I ran around the whole house locking every single window. I stopped running. I walked into the kitchen. I saw a bouquet of Roses on the counter. I walked past so I could locked the back door. After I locked the back door and walked back over to the Roses. There was a little note attached to one of the roses. I took the note off and read it.

Hey Kayla, I want to take you out to dinner tonight, just the two of us :) I want to get to know you a little better :) How aboyt at 7:30 tomorrow night?-Zak xx

I smiled and looked at the roses. Then hit it me, Zak wants to take me out to dinner tomorrow night, just the two of us. I looked down at Sammy. Sammy tilted his head. I ran out of the kitchen, ran up the stairs and into the room that I'm staying in. Sammy followed behind me. After he came in, he jumped on the bed. I went over to my phone, plugged it out and called Destinee. "Hello?" Destinee answered. "Destinee! You will not believe this!" I said. Destinee said "what? what's going on?". I was jumping around the place like a kid that has eating too much sugar. "Zak asked me out to dinner tomorrow night" I said. There was silence on the phone for a couple of minutes. "Destinee? Are you still there?" I asked. She didnt answer. "Earth to Destinee!" I yelled over the phone.

"Jesus! Kayla, no need to shout!" Destinee yelled. I sighed and said "sorry". I sat on the bed. "Girl are you serious?" Destinee asked. "Yes girl, I'm serious" I answered. "Zak asked you out to dinner? Are you going with a group of friends or is it just the both of you?" Destinee asked. "It's just the both of us, oh gosh! Even talking about it I'm getting butterflies in my stomach" I said croaching over and holding my stomach. "Are you sure the roses are from Zak? I mean, since you keep getting unwanted gifts from your stalker" Destinee says. All the happiness in me changed to saddness. Destinee had a point. "Oh...yeah" I said disappointed. "I'm sorry honey but I had to say that, I don't want for you to fall for something that might not be true" Destinee said. "It's fine, besides your looking out for me, thats what best friends do" I said. Destinee said "actually, we're more like sisters, sisters will always have each other's back". I smiled and said "so true".
