"Mom! I'm leaving now, bye love you!" A young girl shouted out behind her, holding the door open as she exited the modern house.

She slammed the door behind her and jogged down the long driveway, the gray house behind her getting smaller the closer she got to the street. The long shoelaces of her white high top converses hit the ground repeatedly, making a small 'tik' noise each time. She stopped at the edge of the road, looking down the street. She saw a long yellow bus driving closer and smiled slightly.

As the bus pulled up and came to a stop she took a slight step back. The squeaky glass doors opened slowly so she entered.

"Morning Evelyn!" the male bus driver said as she got on with a smile. He had dark gray hair with some little white hairs, slightly sagging skin that was very fair, and very nice green eyes that were always filled with such happiness.

"Morning Rick!" The girl, who was named Evelyn said back and happily walked to the middle part of the bus and sat.

As she went to place her bag down on the spot beside her in the seat she realized there was a female sitting there. Evelyn looked up slowly and met eyes with her, the female's eyes were a purple colored blue which was very rare and cool. Without saying anything they both looked away from each other and just looked at the seat directly in front of them.

Evelyn felt a tug on her hair and shot her head back to look at who did that. There had been no one looking at her but they all were clearly holding back their laughter. She sighed and looked back at the seat where she had been. Suddenly the whole bus came to a stop and everyone stood up, but when Evelyn went to stand she was tugged back down by her seatbelt. She let a groan out and unbuckled her waist and then stood up. Quickly, she tossed her bag over her shoulder and it accidentally hit the male who stood in the aisle beside her. He paused his movement and stood still, not looking at her and she stared right at him.

For a moment she stood there silent, "I am so s-" she began to speak but then he just walked off the bus. Evelyn sighed and walked off the bus, keeping her head down and her hands in the pockets of her white crop zip up sweater that she had also paired with a cropped blue tank top and black high waisted jeans.

Evelyn had a very pretty look to her though most never really mentioned it to her. She had long-ish dirty blonde hair, very lightly tanned skin, and light green eyes that were kind of close to a gray color. Her face was covered in light, small freckles that were quite noticeable on her very defined yet soft face. Her looks were a good mix of her mother's features and dads attributes.

Already half way through the school day Evelyn stood at her locker, putting some books away and some she also grabbed. Suddenly, she felt another tug at her hair and she turned around, angered. "Can i help you?!" she asked in a mad tone of voice.

"Nope, just wanted to say hi to the girl who hit me with her backpack." A males voice said, looking down at the smaller female. "Are you new here, I've never seen you before. And to add onto you hitting me, I didn't get a sorry."

Evelyn looked up slowly, meeting eyes with this tall boy, they were a beautiful vibrant blue color that she had only seen in animated tv show characters and to make things worse his skin was so perfectly tanned he looked fake. Like plastic. His hair was messy but still so perfect it was impossible. To tie it all together his smirk was amazing, indescribable.

"I...I tried to say sorry, okay? But it just so happened you walked off the bus too soon for me to even get a chance," She said, quietly. Clearly she was trying to be a bit tough but it wasn't really her thing so it just seemed strange on her, "Yes, I am new. I'm a freshman here."
