"Hey, Destiny." I spoke quietly.

"Yeah Carter?" She looked at my with worry in her eyes.

"Can you take Dean and Taven out, I want to talk to the police officer alone..."

"Sure thing Carter," She spoke soft. She stood up and walked out the door with Dean and Taven close behind. I sunk into the couch and listened to the police officer as he told me about my past life and how a strange figure always appeared out of nowhere, killing those that were close to me but soon became distant or my enemies. I held back my tears and looked the officer in the eyes.

He finished speaking and left with silent tears streaming down his cheeks. "I'm sorry," was the last thing he said to me before he left. I stood up and walked to the door keeping my eyes off of my relatives so I didn't puke. I opened the door and a burst of cool air hit my face blowing my hair back. It felt good. Soon I noticed detective Phoenix talking to my friends. I walked over to them.

"What's going on?" I interrupted.

"We were just talking about where you might go. You can't live here alone," Phoenix said emotionless.

"She can live with me and my mom. I'm sure she wouldn't mind," Dean implied.

"A-are you sure Dean?" I stuttered.

"Yeah, we have an extra room that you could use. And there's enough food for everyone," He took out his phone and dialed his mother's number.

"Thanks Dean." Dean walked away to ask his mom if I could stay and I walked over to my favorite tree. Dean ran up behind me and tapped me on my shoulder.

"My mom said you could stay and she'll be over to pick up your stuff," Dean said putting his phone away.

"Thanks again Dean... Hey, isn't your mom a funeral planner?" I asked sitting on one of the really low branches on the tree.

"Yeah. We can ask her to see if she can plan their funeral."

"Good... I don't think I could have anyone else do it..." I leaned against the trunk of the tree and dozed off. I woke up to Dean's mother shaking my gently.

"Wake up sweetie. I need you to pack up your stuff so you can come to my house," She said sweetly.

"Huh? Okay..." I replied a bit groggy. I got up and went into my house ignoring the bloody stains that the bodies of my relatives left. I went up to my room and grabbed one of my duffel bags. I filled it with clothes, books, and the things for my video games. Everything of mine fit into the bag. "Wow, I don't really have much." I grabbed my katana that my father left me, my backpack, and my duffel bag. I walked around the house, looking at everything, and grabbing a few pictures and a gun registered under my aunt's name. I put the gun in my duffel bag and left the house. Options are options and everyone gets some, but in this case, I only get one...
