you tossed and turned around, a thousand thoughts going through your mind at once. Was this all a joke? Did TikTok lie? Am I doing this incorrectly? Frustrated , you got up.
you paced back and forth. You had just learned about shifting on TikTok and honestly you believed in it 100%. you spent all day looking over methods , drinking water , staying positive , writing and looking over your script all the way up until this moment here. night time.
The method you were doing was called the "Raven Method". People highly recommended it for beginners so you thought , why not? You were walking around getting yourself tired , all of your other attempts completely failed and honestly you were giving up completely. You screamed at the universe all day , calling it all kinds of bitches , basically anything you could think of. And now . You were finally tired .
You laid down in bed and grabbed your phone , unlocking it. You went straight to your notes app to do one final read over your script. But you were very careful , so you had a password over the script note.

You continued to scroll and read through all the things you wrote in your script. Your name , age , height , weight, what class are you in? What's your quirk? What's your personality like? Family? Friends? Hobbies? All of it. You even took the time to look at your pictures you added in to visualize the settings better.
You scrolled further down. You read over your backstory , random scenarios, your appearance, where your dorm room was at , safety words , how your Lifa App would look , what would happen at the U.A events? How long would you be there? Who's your love interest? You read through it all with a smile.
As much as you didn't want admit to it , you knew the main reason you even got into shifting in the first place was mainly to meet your anime crush , Katsuki Bakugo, well him and the Bakusquad. You wanted to see what a day of being friends with them would be like , even though your friends knew he hated everyone, you still thought you could attempt to be his "soft spot". And you may or may not have added you will eventually be his soft spot but that's nobody else business.
You got into a starfish position, none of your limbs were touching . you didn't find the position that comfortable but you knew you couldn't move that much. You put in your headphones with your subliminals and turned it up to a decent volume you could fall asleep to.

You visualized scenarios in your head. What would happen when you opened your eyes? What does your room look like? What can you smell? Hear? You felt your body tingle and twitch , you could've sworn your head was moving on it's own. But you knew not to open your eyes. You continued your counting .

You continued your visualization even with your mind completely wandering off of the shifting method. You remembered to trick your mind so anything you thought of , you visualized you doing it in your desired reality.

You seen a bright light flashing you in your face. You didn't think to much of it . Didn't get your hopes up , you knew better. You continued your counting.
77.. 77...78...
You were now dozing off. But luckily you managed to finish the counting.
98...99..100.. i am now in my desired reality. You fell asleep.
You woke up the next day , blinded by the sun in your face. You could've sworn you closed your curtains before you went to bed . You got up and stretched before taking an actual look around , to your surprise you actually shifted. After all that work you did it.
you immediately got up and looked around . you didn't have to do the entrance exam because you got in by recommendation so you didn't have to actually go to school until a week later.
You used your quirk . You couldn't wait to use it. The quirk was omnikinesis , which allowed you to manipulate anything you wanted. You looked outside and stared deeply into the clouds. You thought about the clouds making up a storm . And which to your surprise it did.
You smiled , now knowing you have a new power. And smiled even harder knowing you added to your script that you are on an advanced level of omnikinesis so you don't have to learn a lot. You continued to practice with your new quirk. Feeling powerful . You thought you could take on everything.
