West's POV
My legs scrambled through the woods, feeling as if though they were noodles. I breathed in the hot summer night deeply as I exhaled with slight relief. I'm still me and I'm still alive, to my surprise. I have to go home and prepare. If Tiltown demands a war, I'll surely give it what it wants and even more. By the time I'm finished with this town, I will have this town's blood on my body.

As I rummaged through things I'd need, I paused in my tracks. My eyes went from my desk, to my bed and finally to my bathroom. Somebody has been here. I grab my pocket knife that I hid underneath my mattress and held it up, scanning the room.
"If somebody is in here, you best come out now before I accidentally stab you." I yell, my voice bouncing off the concrete walls. Suddenly, it became quiet. Almost too quiet. That was before a boy slowly emerged from the bathroom. Jerrick walked slowly out from the dark bathroom as he held his head low but his hands up.
"What do you think you're doing here?" I inquired him as I kept my knife pointed towards him. His eyes looked up at me while still keeping his head low, like a scared puppy dog.
"I didn't mean for it to get this far. I was just wanting to do what my brother, James wanted." He admitted to me. As soon as he said that, I brought my hand up to my temple as I groaned in pain. Blonde hair. Tall.

Flashback
I laid on the bed, thrashing my body around as I tried to get loose. He walked around the bed, revealing a dark grin.
"So you're the star of this town, huh?" He asked as he scanned me from head to toe.
"Not very hygienic, are you? Your hair is dry, such dark circle under your eyes." He insults my appearance.
I laugh, "So what's the plan, boss? Kill me?"
He glances up at me with shock, "No, of course not. We would never kill people here. We just make new and improved people." He confessed with a prideful smile.
"Then what happened to Scott? Or Amber? Huh?" I yelled at him, using the energy I had left. He abruptly leaves my bed before he begins strolling another bed towards me. Under the dim, buzzing light, I could see a woman sleeping on it as tubes strapped to her arms. Red long hair surrounded her face.
"Amber?" I winced with pain as I saw the condition she was in.

End of flashback
My vision was blurred but I could still notice the concern in Jerrick's face as he kept hold of me. I shrugged off his helping hands before standing up straight again.
"I'm fine. I don't need your help." I spat at him as I began gathering things. He sat down onto my bed as he continued keeping his head down. Every now and again, I'd glance at him to find him playing with the rips in his jeans.
"I just wanted to spend time with my brother. I didn't know it was something like this." He continues with his pathetic rambling. I stuff clothes into my backpack, along with knifes and a baseball bat.
"Everything in Tiltown is always dark. This town has never seen light." I say as I focused more on my task at hand.
"This whole time, I thought I was on the good side. Now that I know I wasn't," he pauses as he stands up with a grin, "I want to help you. I need to help." We stare at each other for a few seconds.
"Okay but if you mess anything up at all, you will never see me again. That's not a threat, or a promise, that's just a fact." He strictly tell him as I stare coldly through his weakened eyes.
"Yes, I understand and I'm so sorry." He apologizes. Ignoring him, I continued packing things I think we would need to help get those people out of that strange cell.

As I finished up, I handed him the bat. He stares at it hesitantly before taking it in his hand.
"For safety." I explain to him as we move out of my home and stroll through the woods.

During the walk, Jerrick suddenly holds me back with his arm in front of my chest. I glance back at him with my eyebrows already furrowed, ready to argue back.
"Up." He whispered as his eyes were glued to the dark sky. I look up to see what he was on about and take notice of five lights up in the sky, making a strange shape with the bright glowing lights.
"What is that?" He whispered to me as his voice shook.
"Just a sign for us to keep going." I reply back as we continued walking.

"Jerrick, you go in first. I've got a plan but you must follow it specifically." I order him as we arrive to the door.
He stares at me with eyes that held a deep fear and concern, "Okay. Anything, I trust you."
"Your brother has brought you here before, hasn't he?"
"He's brought me here, but he's never allowed me to come inside." He admits to me.
"Call out to your brother." I ordered.
"What?" He breathed.
"Do you want to help me or not?"
He sighs heavily before knocking on the door, "Jerrick!" He yells loudly.
I took a deep breath, "I'm sorry." I apologize with regret in my voice as I knock him unconscious with my fist. I lift his heavy body up as I grab my pocket knife from my pocket, holding it in my free hand.
James answers the door, "Hey- What's going on here?" His eyes widened bigger than I've ever seen.
"Let me in or else." I threatened him with eyes squinted. He steps to the side as I drag Jerrick along with me inside, my knife still drawn cautiously.
