"Done and done," I said, speeding into the cortex. It was a pretty feel-good day, and I could feel S.T.A.R. Labs buzzing with calm but positive energy.

"Where's the meta?" Cisco asked, turning around to face me.

"He's with CCPD. Apparently they took him in and he barely knew his own name. Young, too."

"How old?" Caitlin questioned.

"I don't know, 14? 15?" I suggested, remembering the kid's young face. Caitlin made a "sheesh" face as Iris strutted into the cortex.

"Hey, how was the coffee shop?" I asked Iris, giving her a hug.

"Good. The girl, Sara, she's cute. Has a lot to say. Very... optimistic." Iris laughed.

"What girl?" A voice popped up from the med bay.

Caitlin looked over to see who it was, then laughed. "None of your business, Owen. You, young man, are supposed to be doing your lessons." Owen rolled his eyes at his mother.

"What? I was just curious." Owen joked.

The teens of Team Flash had grown up so much. Obviously, I spend so much time with them, so I had watched them grow up, but both the teens were 17 now, and they definitely made things more interesting. I enjoyed helping to raise them, and they definitely helped rid me of some of the grief from Nora.

My thoughts were interrupted by a flash of blue light from downstairs, followed by a crash and some laughter. Owen laughed, racing downstairs with Caitlin speed-walking behind him. Cisco quickly realized what was going on.

"IAN RAMON!! WHAT DID I TELL YOU?! NO VIBING INDOORS!!" Cisco yelled at his son, racing down the stairs, leaving Iris and I alone in the Cortex. We laughed.

"So, who's this girl at the coffee shop?" I asked, changing the subject.

"Why are you so fixed on this girl?" Iris joked, rubbing my sleeve.

"I don't know, honestly, I just-- she felt different to me.." I said, rubbing the back of my head.

"Me too." Iris paused. "Her name's Sara Anderson, she's 16. Just moved from Coast City last week, and she's in a group home right now. She's working at Jitters so she can get to know people."

"People like us?" Iris nodded.

"Oh.." Iris laughed.

"She's a huge fan of The Flash."
