Jelsa~ A Hogwarts Story⚡️

(Chapter 10)

🌸EUGENZEL:

Flynn and Rapunzel got to the nearby town via train. As Flynn intended, there held an annual lantern festival. "THIS. IS. AWESOME!!!!" Punz exclaimed skimming through her surroundings. The town was beautifully decorated with glowing lanterns and grafitti wall art. Flower banners everywhere and lots of food stalls and games. "You can even get a free lantern." Eugene said and as he finishes, glitters filled in Punz's eyes. "You're joking right?" Punz said as Eugene answered nope. Punz squeal and proceed to drag Eugene deeper in to explore the festival streets. Her and Flynn sit down on empty seats they found, it was a lantern designing competition where you design and decorate the blank plain lantern they provide you. 

"45 mins on the clock, contestants design away~" yelled the host as the contestants including Eugenzel start to decorate their lanterns. 'I'll design this for him/her' they both thought in their heads, unaware the other was thinking the exact same. Painting, glueing, cutting, sticking, it wasn't hard to tell they both really had a lot of fun.

Soon 45mins were up, although none of the 2 of them won, they were allowed to keep their lanterns. 

"T-This is for you." They said at the same time holding their lanterns out for the other to take. They exchanged lanterns and examine them. Eugene's lantern for Punz was decorated in beautiful sun patterns with a few sunflowers, the brim of the lantern was covered in fake green leaf vine. Very florally, Punz loves it very much, the best part was the little pascal that he drew sleeping on the sunflowers and enjoying the lovely rays of sunlight. Rapunzel's lantern for Eugene was more.....romantic looking. She did nothing to the lantern but paint it. A beautiful painting at that, It was a painting of the night sky. A few lanterns floating freely in it and right below was Eugene and Punz dancing. Maximus and Pascal cheering them on at the side. Truely a masterpiece in Eugene's eyes. 

Both hand in hand, decided to walk deeper into a streets. LOTS of food stalls can be seen. The aroma was divine. They may or may have had a little too many cupcakes . But soon it was time for the locals to release their lanterns. Everyone in town stood surrounding the town's big lake. Everyone had a lantern in hand, Punz has Eugene's and Eugene has Punz's. "Make a wish everybody, and 3.....2......1 Release~" 

"I wish he'll always be by my side."  

"I wish she'll always stand by me."

Then there was just peaceful silence and dreamy sighs......everyone just admired the floating lanterns in awe. Wishing their hopes and dreams will someday come true...........It was certainly Eugenzel's best time spent together so far.............They caught the last train back to Hogwarts before 10pm, goofy smiles were visible on both their faces while laying in their respective beds, recalling the whole date and just thinking about each other.

"Hey there buddy" Hiccup said caressing his pet dragon Toothless. "Smart of you to think of dragon-riding as our date. Stormfly is currently sleeping in his stable a thousand miles away from here." said a visibly sarcastic Astrid with a smile. "You're currently looking at Hogwarts' Top Scorer, of course I'm smart.", said Hiccup followed by an eyeroll via Astrid. 

"Hop on" he said, holding a hand out to Astrid but she just jumped on Toothless ignoring Hiccup's hand. "Wow thanks for the ignore As" said Hiccup sarcastically but earning a light smack on the head from Astrid laughing. But soon off they go soaring into the night sky together, like a prince and his princess riding on the prince's grand stallion......but more deadly....and cool. None of them really said anything for most of the ride, just enjoying the breeze that tickles their faces as they soar in circles, up and downs and swirls.
