ELSA's POV

Jack summoned what looks like a staff and stomps it on the ground creating snow to fall from the sky burying the arena in a thick layer of snow. The others were shivering while I didn't bother since it doesn't effect me at all.

"He has ice powers too......." I whisper. "You got that right, even more fit to your taste huh sis?" Anna said nudging me and wiggling her eyebrows. "Oh please, not you too...." I said rolling my eyes and went back to watching the show. "Sure sis, until you admit you like him I will never ever stop teasing you about it." Anna said cheekily which caused me to roll my eyes....again.

The crowd cheered as Jack blasted the pile of floating snow which I assume is floating bcs it's where the dragon is. A growl was heard and a thump on the ground,the dragon appeared and it was unconscious. Taking this opportunity, Jack quickly race towards the egg and grabbed it followed by thunderous applause from the crowd. "Woohooo!! You go Frost boy!!!" Merida shouted as Anna yelled "Go Hogwarts!!"

"10 minutes and 14 seconds for Hogwarts!!" Tooth declares as she was clapping happily. 'He really is something huh?' I thought. "Yeah he is, good grades good looks everything." Anna said nudging me wiggling her eyebrows. That's when I know I said my thoughts out loud and blushed a light pink but can't help smile a tiny smile without anybody noticing.

"The leaderboard so far is Beauxbatons in first, Hogwarts in second and Durmstrang in last place." North boomed as the applause sounded from the bleachers.

ASTRID's POV

We are now in the Great Hall after the first task. I'm sitting at the Beauxbatons table as usual with Elsa at the opposite side. "The day after tomorrow will be the Yule Ball. Contestants must have a date while others can go solo, but a date better than none bcs there will be lots of dancing." Headmaster North boomed merrily.

Great now I have to find a date... "Good luck with finding a date Astrid." Elsa said to me before taking a bite of grilled fish. "Easy for you to say, you already have endless choices." I said to her. We are now left to eat dinner while the professors left early for a meeting about the second task. "What makes you say that?" Elsa states raising an eyebrow. I face palmed....

I pointed behind her signalling her to have a look. She did as I showed and there stood a swarm of boys from the different schools. There were at least 20 or more. All of them have red roses and some are taking mints, looking at a pocket mirror, checking their teeth and even spraying cologne. Elsa raised an eyebrow looking at them.

"Would you like to be my date?"
"No, she's my date!"
"Nuh uh she isn't. She's going with me."
"Stay away from my date!!"
"No... you stay away!!!"
"I bet 10 dollars she'll go with me."

I was enjoying this show when Elsa stood up. She crosses her arms and spoke "I'm not going with any of you. Please leave me alone and I'll be much appreciated." She said as coldly and polite as she can. The boys slowing walked away with groans. She sat back down and look at me, "What? They're jerks." Elsa said before continuing to savour her food.

I rolled my eyes and groan. "I'm not as pretty and popular as you miss icy." I said. She smirked, this time she was the one pointing behind me. I look over and saw Snotlout. "Hey Astrid, wanna be my date to the Ball?" he asks. I quickly turn back to Elsa and mouthed 'what?!'. Her look behind me and her smirk grew even wider and before I can ask what's going on she spoke up.

"Of course she will be your date to the Ball." she replied making Snotlout say yes and fist pump in the air. My eyes widen, 'Elsa what are you doing?! You know who I wanted to go with!!!' I mouthed to her. Suddenly she spoke up again, "Umm I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to him...." Elsa said making me turn around to see who she was pointing at.
