(Chapter 11) Jack's confession

ELSA's POV

"C'mon, let's go." Jack held my hand while we were jogging hand in hand to the edge of Hogwarts' Big Lake. "This should do." he said as we reached our desired distance from the castle. "Umm, in case you're forgetting~" I said smirking to him hoping he gets what I was implying and judging from the smirk I'm pretty sure he did. "Don't worry Snowflake, I got it covered." as he pointed to a little fishbowl under a tree with the now shrunk once giant squid. 'Well isn't he considerate of our safety' I thought to myself smiling a small smile.

"So.........." he trailed rubbing the back of his neck, I smiled while raising an eyebrow signaling him to continue, at the same time admiring how cute he is when his nervous. Well, his not the only one nervous here. "Which one of us volunteer to create ourselves a homemade ice rink?" he ended smiling. "I've done this before, so I can-" but before i could finish I felt my height increase by a tad bit followed by a force pulling me into the lake. Turns out Jack made ice skates for me and pulled me onto the water surface with him. "I wasn't asking you a question!!!" he exclaimed laughing was we move across the water together, both his hands holding my own 2 hands as we freeze the surface together. I can't help but laugh out loud as we skated not letting go of each other's hand as happy laughter filled the air. All I can think in my head is how amazing this all felt.

Soon we had ourselves a huge platform of ice. Jack created an ice fence over the edges. "So that your safe." he said smiling which I smiled back. "Let's skate some more." I said as I grab his hand and we started gliding across the icy surface of the water, I let go of his hand, skated and jumped as I twirled in the air gracefully. What surprised me was Jack sped up in front, caught me by my waist and gracefully set me back down on the ice while we twirled. Our foreheads touched for a second before he held my hand up as I spun still holding his hand. Snowflakes of all different patterns came begin falling around us, probably from both of us and our happy mood, creating a magical snowy atmosphere. The skating wear we were both wearing slowly started transforming as we continue to glide, Jack was now wearing his blue hoodie as frost started coating it creating frost fern patterns and over it was a brown cloak. My favourite ice dress was also making its appearance and the train slowly lengthening itself each second. We intertwined both our hands together and leaned back as we did a final spin together, my train chasing me as we spun visually adding perfection to our ending. 

"I call this performance, Peasant Frost and His Frost Queen" Jack said followed by a happy laugh and I giggled. We have such amazing synergy. Both our hands still intertwined as we let our happiness slowly sink in, leaving a comfortable silence between us as we enjoy each other's presence and company. Our hands cold, not emitting any warmth but it doesn't stop the warmth felt in the heart. 

"Here, watch our for your train." Jack started as he guided me carefully off the ice and back to land. He waved his staff and all the ice dissolved into teeny tiny snowflakes and disappear leaving the once clear water ice free. Is it over already, but I don't want this to end so quickly. Then Jack spoke up, 

"Close your eyes." 

JACK's POV

Flashback

What to do What to do What to do, I was sitting at one of Gryffindor common room's bean bags while deep in thought. 'What are you doing Jack?" Anna ask while she played muggle chess with Hiccup and Merida is beside watching. "I need an ultimate super grand way to confess to Elsa." I said and they stared at me wide eyed. "Your finally gonna confess your love huh Frost." chuckled Merida while Hiccup just grinned at her comment not taking his eyes off of me. "She said after a real confession and we'd be official!!!" I exclaimed happily leaning back into my seat with my hands covering my face and a dreamy sigh thinking of finally getting to freely hug her and kiss her. "That's awesome to know Jack, but in all honesty I think you should make your confession 'special' instead of 'grand', something that Elsa won't expect. Elsa would appreciate the effort more than the cost, sister intuition." Anna said softly.
