It was 1991 and Gabriel Damon was in the middle of filming a Disney movie called Newsies. He wasn't able to see his girlfriend, Y/N that much because of the long hours of filming. Y/N had met the cast a couple of times, and they helped her come up with a plan to surprise Gabriel one day on set. That day quickly arrived for Y/N. She came to set with David and with his and Christian's help, she was hidden from and unnoticed by Gabriel for the majority of the day. When it was time to surprise Gabriel, Y/N hid behind Christian in front of the statue in the square.
"Hey, Gabriel. Why don't you come walk with me for a sec," David asked.
"I need to go my trailer and get out of my costume, David," he told him.
"But Christian has a surprise for you," the curly haired boy said.
"Alright. But if it's another prank, I swear I'll whack you with the pimp cane into next week," Gabriel said as he followed David to the square.
He saw Christian by himself and was confused.
"What's going on? David said that you have a surprise for me or something," Gabriel said.
"He's right. I d-," Christian said before being cut off by Y/N.
"Surprise," Y/N said with a smile while she moved out from behind Christian.
"Y/N! No way! How did you get here," Gabriel asked as he hugged her.
"David brought me here. I basically spent the whole day in his and Ele's trailers. I wanted to surprise you," she said.
"Well, you did. This is wonderful! I love you so much," Gabriel said before gently kissing Y/N.
"I love you too, Gabe," Y/N said as David and Christian made gagging noises.
"Leave us alone. You guys are just jealous that you don't have a girl that's as gorgeous, kind, and smart as Y/N," Gabriel said.
"Sure. That's what it is," Christian said.
"How about we watch your favorite Disney movie at my house, Y/N," Gabriel said.
"Sounds like a plan," she said.
Gabriel and Y/N spent the rest of the day watching Disney movies and enjoying each other's company.
