"I heard he got it on with some seniors yesterday."
"No way, even students?"
"People say they heard something in the old classroom by the stairs."
"Hahahaha what a slut."
"We should do it to him sometime. I wanna feel what it's like to be with a male omega."
Rumours upon rumours were stacking on him and it was all he heard for the whole morning even since he arrived to school. The looks that they sent him eventually got nastier day after day due to the rumors. He went from being unnoticed to the schools hottest topic in just days.
The bell for lunch break had rang but he had hoped that it never rang. The classroom which people always felt were suffocating turn into a safe zone for him as it sheltered him away from the glares and looks from everyone.
Not having the mental strength to pay attention in class to more or less eat, he grabbed his homework and decided to head up to the schools library to hope for some peace and quiet.
Having a new wing two years ago, the library was too big to move anywhere so it remained in the old wing as a standalone. There was a new and much convenient route to the library but he decided to use the old one instead as he wouldn't walk pass anybody along the way. After going over piles of chairs and squeezing through in between rusty old cupboards that blocked the way, he eventually made it to a clearing. Walking down the hallway with dusty grey tiles and ripped wallpapers, he twisted the rusty doorknob open which sent a squeak along with another one when he opened the door.
The design was very antique, with red and gold patterned carpet and red walls brightened up with bright yellow ceiling lights and a chandelier just in front of the counter.
As usual, there was nobody, only the quiet librarian whom was busy arranging and dusting the old looking books that no one would ever read at the farthest shelve.
Siting at an empty table that wasn't piled with mountains of books, he settled down and took out his homework. Just after answering a few questions, he is already stuck on the third. Scolding himself for leaving his history textbook thinking that he would be able to answer without it, he looked around the shelves behind him and decided to search for a book that might have the answers to it.
Weaving through the tall bookshelves, he soon found the history books section. Scanning through the different eras and titles, he saw the book he needed but it was at the highest section and being the short omega he was, it was almost unable to reach but he wasn't planning on going back to class.
Standing on the tip of his toes, he slightly onto the shelve and raised his arm up to try and grab the book. With much effort, he finally grasped onto it but just as he pulled, the books beside it followed along.
They were only a few inches away from falling onto his head when a large hand covered the top of his head and he was engulfed into someones arms. He closed his eyes and felt a thump on the hand that was covering his head, shielding him from the falling books.
"Becareful there, these books really hurt.": a deep voice said, he could feel a vibration coming from his body when he chuckled.
Snapping back into reality and realizing his current position with the stranger, he quickly pulled away, extremely flustered and sorry.
He looked up to see a very handsome boy with a beautiful smile that could brighten up the world. He quickly lowered his head in embarrassment. The omega in him could instantly tell that the other was an alpha as he had a very strong masculine scent along with the aura that was around him.
