The whole day of school was boring due to lazy teachers and noisy students so (M/N) slept through half of school day until the ring of the final bell, indicating that school was over. When he woke up, he noticed half of the class was gone so he hurriedly packed his bags and was about to run out but the teacher stopped him and told him to take the stack of books into the office so here he was, jumping up the stairs and almost tripping.
When he placed them on the teachers desk, he basically sprinted out the door with the teachers glaring daggers at him. Slinging his bag on his shoulder, he ran towards the kindergarten.

"Is your mommy usually that late?": Taeyong asked Junhyun after checking the time, noticing that school had ended over an hour ago.
He wanted to send him back to his nephew but he knew his bastard of an alpha father wouldn't be too pleasant about it.
The boy just nodded in responds.
All of the kids have left with their parents except for Junhyun, leaving the boy with the man sitting aimlessly on the bench near the gate. Jaehyun had offered to accompany them but the older declined and told him to go back while he waits since he had nothing much to do even if he went back home early.
Snapping out of his thoughts when he heard footsteps and pants, he stood up and saw a familiar student that he knew too well. Feeling the small hand letting go of his hand, Junhyun slowly walked towards the boy and the boy instantly crouched down and gave him a tight hug.
"I'm so sorry for being late Junnie.": (M/N) apologized.
"Its alright Mommy.": Jun whispered, making the older chuckle.
"It's okay to call him mommy infront of me Junnie.": Taeyong said and the boy just nodded.
"Hey hyung, I'm so sorry to make you wait for so long. The teacher told me to do some things.": (M/N) explained.
"Nah its fine. I got to spend time with him anyways.": Taeyong shook his head and smiled at them.
"Do you have any free time after this (M/N)? I want to talk to you."
"I'm sorry but I have somethings to take care of after this. Maybe i'll call you when I have the time? Do you still have the same number?": he asked.
"Yup.": the older replied.
"Ok then, we should be going now. I'm so sorry for making you wait.": (M/N) said in a hurry and picked the boy up before sprinting away.
Sighing and shaking his head, he walked to the guard house to close the gate but stopped when he saw the drawing that was left on the bench.
He picked it up and placed it in his file before getting in his car and closed the gate, deciding to give it to his brother tomorrow after school.

Jaehyun's P.O.V:
Arriving at the new house I just bought a few weeks ago after moving here, I saw a white Mercedes that parked outside.Already knowing who it belongs to, I just parked my car in the garage.
Looking at the rear mirror, I fixed my hair and tie, not wanting to disappoint them even though I already did after moving out.
"What brings you here mom?": I asked in a monotone voice, not even wanting to look at her.
"You know why I'm here son.": she said.
"Mom, I told y-"
"Working as a high school teacher when you can just earn millions in your father's company in weeks? You moved out of the family mansion and lived in this small house? What were you thinking?"
"Its the life I want mom. Can't you see? I don't want a life where everything is planned out for me from A to Z and earn meaningless money without having to put much effort into it!"
"You need to take over the company son, your father is getting old and you need to find a mate sooner or later!"
"I don't want to take over the company mom! I'm sick of all the traditions!"
"Please son...just once, and I'll won't interfere with your life again.": she pleaded.
"Fine. When and where is the place?": I asked in a calm tone, trying not to lash out on her.
"Tonight at 8 pm, at the five star steak house.": she said.
"Alright, I'll be there.": I say before walking into my room and changed into some casual clothing.
"Where are you going?"
"To buy some groceries, be back before 7.": I said before closing the door.
Getting into the car I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed, frustrated with everyone. Not wanting to think much, I started the car and drove for about an hour before arriving at a place that was near the forest. Driving into a small dirt road that was barely visible, I soon arrived beside a waterfall that I found by accident while trying to find the way to the city.
Opening the door, I walked out and sat on the hood of my car and closed my eyes, listening to the birds chirping on the trees and the calming sound of water running. I would often come here to relax whenever I needed time alone or when I'm stressed, it really helps me to calm down my nerves.
I was spacing out when a random thought suddenly popped into my mind. Why don't I let something decide my future?
Pulling out a coin from my pocket, I took a mental note in indicating that heads were to find my true mate while tails were to just follow my parents footsteps.
Taking in a deep breath, I closed my eyes and flipped it, hoping somehow that it was heads. When it landed in my palm, I hesitantly opened it, revealing heads.
"Well this is going to be a lot of hard work and rebellion but I think I can manage.": I told myself.
After a while of spacing out with my own thoughts, I looked at my watch and saw that it was time to head back home before I was late so I left.
