Ch. 38 "Control device"

Hayden POV

It has been weeks, or months I couldn't tell, days maybe it's hard to decide because of all the pain I've endured,

My parents decided to pound on me while I was tied to a chair, currently I lay on the cold floor, my body aches from the beatings I've gotten,

I stare at the wall, they said they are working on something big and I'm going to be the first test, I don't want anything to do with it,

I need to get up, get up and fight, I thought as I stared at the wall the blood oozing from my injuries,

The fight in me has given up, I just can't I'm never getting out of here, at least not alive I thought

I shook my head, No I can't give up, I just can't

The door screeched open, Two big guys picked me up off the ground and drug me out of the room

They took me to another room, where they strapped me into a chair, and left,

"You see Alexander Pierce had it all wrong," My dad said walking into the room,

"You see he attempted to control the winter soldier by erasing his memory," He said

"But Bucky got his memory back," I said struggling against the binds

"That is correct you see the problem was the erasing the memory part," He said

He walked over to the counter grabbing something,

"See this," He said

It looked like a metal head band,

"This is the answer, you see you won't have any control, your body will do as I say, sure you will try to resist but the nano's in this little device will make you do it regardless," He said smirking

I continued to struggle as he walked towards me with the band putting it on my head, they it felt like everything stopped

He took the straps off my wrists,

"Now I think a test is in order, Kill that man," He said handing me the knife,

I tried to stop but my body moved on it's own, and I killed the guard without any hesitation, It was like I had front row seats to the worst horror movie ever and I couldn't stop it, I thought

"Excellent," My father said

"Now let us precent this to the boss shall we, follow me," He said

I let my arms relax and followed him,

Clint POV

It has been two weeks since Hayden got captured, it was in fact her parents but what's worse is they work with HYDRA,

We've searched for her, but keep finding dead ends, but I'm not giving up, I am going to find her no matter the cost, I thought

Hayden POV

After the presentation to the HYDRA boss I am now handed off to him, he wants me to infiltrate the shield facility for intel,

So I put on the outfit they gave me,

Just the outfit and weapons

They also gave me a bow with some arrows, They put the ear piece in my ear, and I walked out,

I couldn't stop my own body from doing what they said, whatever happens from now on I need to just try to block it out, whatever happens it's all my fault, I thought

I jumped in the hallways from the vent, making my way to the computer room,

Clint POV

I was in the computer room looking through the footage,

"Come on Clint we've got a live one, someone is breaking into the Shield facility stealing secrets," Nat said

I nodded walking out with her,

When we got there whoever was stealing was just running out of the place,

I shot an arrow pinning them by the coat they were wearing,

they pulled the arrow out, dropping it to the ground, they pulled out a bow, and shot an arrow at me but I dodged they ran towards me, hitting me with their bow, I stumbled back I kicked the person that they fell and in the process they're hood fell off,

My eyes grew wide,

"Hayden?" I said

I see she's covered in bruises, and cuts, and there is something on her forehead,

She quickly got up and ran,

"Wait!!" I said running after her but I lost her, I slammed my fist against the brick wall,

"What did they do to you.." I mumbled
