Ch. 98 "End This"

                                      Hayden POV 

Punch after Punch, of course my mother was too much of a coward to hit me herself, 

"I want you to tell me where he is!"She said 

even though I was badly beaten to the point I could probably choke on my own blood, I started chuckling, 

"What the hell is so funny?!" She asked 

"You are," I said 

I started laughing, 

"Do know how pathetic you sound right now?" I said 

"Shut up you little brat!" She said 

"You go go to all this trouble, just to find out where your pathetic husband is? really is this some sort of joke because I seemed to have missed the punchline," I said laughing, 

The guy hit me so hard with the crowbar that as I was still tied to the chair I fell to the ground, 

"I guess were going to have to do this the hard way," She said 

She pulled a tarp off six barrels, that had a timer on them, 

"You tell me where he is or in ten minutes this place is going to become an entire mushroom cloud with you in it," She said glaring at me, 

"Right I'm so scared," I said rolling my eyes, 

"Tell me!"She said kicking me in the ribs, 

"Sorry but it's not going to happen, might as well give it up," I said 

As I was busy distracting her, I was busy hitting the little tiny button on the tracking device I keep in my shoe, 

Ever since that last rumble with my sperm donor, I made sure I had this on my person at all times, 

But only activate it in the most dire of situation, so being trapped in who the hell knows where, with barrels of fuel ready to explode, 

Yeah, that's considered dire,

                                           Clint POV 

After getting patched up we were all in the tower, I paced back and forth, we figured it had to be her mother since she escaped and Fury failed to enlighten us, 

Pietro was well he looked like he was about to murder someone, 

"We need to find her!" I said 

"And where do you propose we start?" Fury said 

"Well maybe this wouldn't have happened if you would have told us her psycho mother escaped!" I said 

"Enough this isn't helping," Nat said 

"Yeah, well I agree with Mr Barton," Pietro said crossing his arms glaring at Fury, 

I nodded, 

"We need to-" I began, 

Then the hologram screen dropped down and a red dot started flashing on the screen, 

"Umm what's that?" Pietro said 

"A distress signal," I said smirking 

"The kid is impressive sometimes," Tony said 

"Let's go," I said 

We all nodded getting on the jet, 

                                  Hayden POV 

I see the timer hitting the three minute mark, 

I see my- you know what I don't even know what to call her at this point, maybe medusa something like that, 

She was packing everything up, 

"Well it's been fun, but I've got a husband to find," She said 

"Good luck with that, I'm going to get out of here and you are going to die at my hands," I said glaring at her, 

She smiled sinisterly at me, 

"Good luck to you," She said 

with that she walked off, 

After she left I struggled to get my restraints off, they were tight, but they were getting loser due to my skin breaking, 

                                                   Clint POV 

We arrived to the abandoned warehouse, to see Hayden's mother, her and some men exit the warehouse, 

"Ah the Avengers, look I'd love to stay and chat but I'm on somewhat of a clock," She said looking at her watch, 

"Your not going anywhere," I said glaring at her, 

"Where is Hayden?" I said 

"Oh she's just inside there, sorry I had to rough her up a bit, still didn't tell me what I wanted to know, shame she's turned out to be such a disappointment," She said 

That's when I fired a arrow at the bitch, making her fall to the ground with a thud, Tony and Nat were fighting her thugs, 

Me and Pietro were just about to enter the building, 

When suddenly the warehouse exploded, 

Pieces of wood and debris scatter in different directions, flames engulfed the warehouse, 

"NO!!!" I yelled about to charge in there, 

"You can't!" Nat said holding me back, 

"Let go! I have to save her!" I yelled as I struggled, 

"You'll get burned alive in there!" Tony said 

I fell to my knees, screaming in anguish, Hayden!!! 

After we got the fire under control, 

We looked, and looked, but there was no body, 

"She's still alive," I said 

"Clint... The fires was probably so Hot it disintegrated her body," Tony said 

"No, I don't believe that," I said 

They all looked at me with sorrowful eyes, 

                                 Hayden POV 

I watched from a far distance, just before the clock hit, zero, I made it under the foundation protecting me from not only the explosion but the fire, 

"I'm sorry, but this is personal now," I mumbled 

She tired to kill me, my sperm donor tired to kill me, 

It's about time I end this for good, they tired to kill me for the last time, 

I am going to kill them, both of them, rid them from existence, 

And in order for me to do that, I have to be dead, 

"I will come back to you guys, when this is all done..." I said sadly, 

"I promise.." I whispered 

And with that I limped away, to prepare myself for the uphill battle,
