Ch. 73 "Mood"

Hayden POV

I am currently laying in bed, it's around 3AM,

Last night was fun, but Clint was acting super weird Every time I would get near Pietro or Peter he would drag me away to talk about something stupid,

Like 'Hayden you have to try this dip'

Or 'look what I did to my favorite shirt'

I just shook my head and stood up from the bed, this arm is done resting that's what I think though,

I got dressed in leggings and a tee,

I walked out with my bow, I'm done being out of commission, I thought

I walked in the training area, which was empty, which is good,

I set up the targets, I pull back and the arrow hits the bullseye, again, Bullseye, bullseye, bullseye, bullseye!

I smirked,

"I really don't think you should be doing that just yet," I see Bucky,

"What are you going to do about it gramps," I said

"Who the hell you calling gramps?" He said

"You," I said smirking

"Your in a surprisingly in a good mood," He said

"Well, I can still make bullseyes so that tends to put you in a good mood," I said

"I guess you've got a point there," He said

"But if Clint sees you he's going to have a canary," He said

"Did you just make a joke?" I said

"Yeah, what do you think," He asked

"Not bad old timer," I said

"Okay stop with the old man jokes," He said

I sighed,

"Well since your getting all upset about it, you wanna go for a run?" I asked

"Yeah, sure lets go," He said smirking

I have to say running with Bucky it was a relief, I enjoyed it, I don't know how long it has been but I was so sweaty when we got back,

When we walked in the main room, I see Clint pacing back and forth Steve had his face in his hands,

"Is everything okay?" Bucky asked from behind me,

They all looked at us,

"Hayden where were you?" Clint said walking over to me,

"Relax she was with me, we went for a run," Bucky said

They looked at me then at Bucky,

"You should have left a note," Steve said

"Steve we all love you but you sound like a mother," I said

Bucky chuckled from behind me,

Everyone looked at each other confused, I would be confused too, at my sudden attitude change,

"Hayden you feeling alright?" Nat asked

"Yeah, well I smell so I'm gonna go shower thanks again Bucky," I said walking off,

Clint POV

"What's up with her?" Tony asked

"Maybe she's in love," Nat said

I glared at her,

"No she told me it's because she can finally shoot again," Bucky said

"Wait she was shooting her bow?" I asked

Bucky nodded,

"And killing it," Bucky said

I nodded feeling a little relief knowing it had nothing to do with any kind of boy,

This might be a little harder than I thought
