Ch. 54 "Escaped"

                                                  Clint POV 

Me, Nat and Tony were in a meeting with Fury, 

"What do you mean he escaped?!" I said 

Fury just told us Hayden's father escaped federal prison, 

"I mean it was out of our jurisdiction," Fury said 

"What about her mother?" Nat asked 

"She is currently in shield prison, as soon as we heard of Hayden's father breaking out we weren't taking any chances with her mother and had her transferred," Fury said 

"Well that's good news," Tony said 

"Do any of you know where he would go?" Fury said 

"Maybe HYDRA?" Tony said 

"Or his own place," Nat said 

"Or worse, where is Hayden?" I asked 

"FRIDAY where is Hayden?" Tony asked 

"She just returned from a run with Mr. Rogers and Mr. Barnes," FRIDAY said 

"Alright just keep an eye on her, let us know if she leaves the building," I said 

They looked at me, 

"We don't want to alarm her, she's finally opening up, don't need her shutting down knowing he's out there," I said 

Everyone nodded 

                                         Hayden POV 

We walked in the tower, sweat was dripping down my forehead it covered my body, 

"I'm beginning to get what Sam means with you two," I said 

They both chuckled,

"We went easy on you," Bucky said 

"Really I couldn't tell since you two passed me every five seconds," I said as we took the elevator 

"Don't hate the player, hate the game," Bucky said as he ruffled my hair, 

I pushed his hand away, 

"I wouldn't if you two didn't have such an intense stamina," I said 

Steve chuckled, 

"Okay so since I smell like major bo I'm going to shower," I said walking out of the elevator 

"See you later shorty," Bucky said 

I walked in my room into the bathroom, I peeled off my clothing hopping in the shower, turning on the hot water letting the warm water fall down my skin, 

For once in a while I felt at peace, relaxed whatever term you want to use, but I liked the way it felt not having to look over your shoulder, feel like your walking on egg shells, none of that, I liked it, I thought 

I put on a pair of ripped jeans, a Nike shirt and my grey Converse, 

I brushed my hair getting all the tangles out, I walked out of the room after that, I walked in the main room, seeing Peter, Pietro and Wanda, 

I sat in the middle of Pietro and Wanda, 

I linked my hands behind my head as I sat there,

"Everything okay Princess?" Pietro said 

"Yeah, just have a very strange feeling," I said sighing 

"Good strange or bad strange?" Peter asked 

"Is there really a difference?" I asked they all laughed 

                                          Eric POV 

I was on the opposite building of Avengers tower, with binoculars, watching Hayden, 

"You've made yourself quite comfortable haven't you sweetheart?" I said smirking 

"Don't worry I'm going to show you a lesson in, turning your own blood in to the authorities, I'm gonna make sure you won't forget," I said as I pulled out my knife, 

All I have to do is wait, I thought then I make my move, and you are going to pay, pay for me and your mother being arrested, pay for separating us, 

"And I'm gonna make sure you will never be found," I said smirking 

But all I have to do is wait for the opportunity,
