*Couple of weeks later*

"Prentiss", Emily's head shot up to see Penelope at her door.

"Please call me Emily, I hate formalities"

"I will do that. There's an officer from the Metro PD here. He said he needed to speak to you but wouldn't tell my why. He's in the round table room, would you like me to bring him here?" she explains.

Emily nods her head 'no', and instead just got up and with Garcia to the round table room, "Did he give you his name?" she asks the tech analysist, she nods her head 'no' before heading down the stairs in front of Rossi's office and leaving Emily to walk the rest of the runway.

She opens the door and says, "I'm Emily Prentiss, I was told you want to speak to me"

"Em" an annoyingly familiar voice says as he turned.

"My office" Emily says before leading Felix out of the room, not wanting her team members to be able to see them through the large window of the round table room. Once they reach her office she closes the door, locking it and closes the blinds, "This is my work place, what the hell are you doing here" she exclaims angrily.

"What if I were here on official business?" Felix asks.

"One, when the hell did you become a cop? Two, if you were you would have spoken to our technical analysist slash communications liaison. So I know you are here for a personal reason."

"Ok it is personal, but what else was I supposed to do. You aren't replying to anything, calls, texts, even emails." he responds.

"You know maybe there's a reason for that" Emily spits back, "And using your authority as a cop to get in here for a personal reason is abusing your power"

"Why do you have such a big problem with just letting me be here, I finally have a job in the same place as you. It wouldn't need to be long distance. And I can finally be there for Bailey" Felix explains.

"Her name is Kai, did you forget that from the last time you stepped in for 3 weeks. She's gone by Kai for 7 years, and you don't even remember that. And I'm assuming by 'It' you mean a relationship with me. Yeah no, never Felix" She says as he phone pings, she walks over to her desk to look at it, a case in Missouri.

"Emily all I am asking for is-" he starts before Emily cuts him off, " I have to go do my job, maybe you should get back to yours."

She walks to the door, she unlocks it and opens it waving her hand for him to walk out. She closes the door behind her and leads him down the stairs, "Anderson, can you ensure he finds his way out of the building nicely, thank you", she turns to the team, all of whom were definitely trying to watch was going on in her office despite the closed blinds. "We have a case"

Emily settles into her seat on the jet after the case, she pulled her phone out to let Kai know she was on her way back home. She still hates the fact that she leaves Kai alone because of this job, but she also knows that her daughter is probably very excited to get some nights alone. She ends the call with her daughter and looks at the multiple missed calls from Felix on her phone from the past two days. She decides to end the madness and finally just block his number, but knowing him he'll have a new number to contact Emily on by tomorrow morning. Emily places her phone down on the table in front of her as she sees JJ sit down across from her.

"Hey" She says.

"Hi" Emily responds.

"Are you ok? You've seemed ... off since that cop showed up yesterday" JJ asks, clearly seeing that Felix had destroyed the happy mood she was in yesterday morning.
