Marie's Pov
"Hello?" his voice rang threw the phone. "Matt I need you to take me to the hospital I have an appointment." I said to him. "Where's nash?" he asked. "He's in my bedroom high with his so called best friends." I said. he sighed. "I'm on my way." he hung up.
*5 mins later*
there was a knock on my door. I got up and answered it. "Hi matt." I said. "Hey marie." he said back. I walked out of the house and we walked to his car. we got in. "It feels like it's been forever since I've been in this car." I said sinking down in the chair. he laughed and started the car. he drove off. "So I guess you and nash made up huh?" he asked. "Yeah. he makes me happy." I said smiling. he sighed. "I know." he said. in less than 2 minutes we pulled into the hospital. we got out. I sighed. he looked over. "Aren't you excited?" he asked. "I don't know." I said truthfully looking down. he put his hand on my shoulder. "It's gonna be okay." he said smiling. I smiled and we walked inside. "Appointment for Marie Hudson." Matt said. the lady smiled and walked me and Matt to a room.
"The nurse will see you in a little bit." she said smiling. I sat on the couch like thing and matt sat In the chair. "Are you excited?" I asked matt. he looked down. "I won't be able to see him or her." he said playing with his fingers. "Of course you will. your the father." I said. "Marie I don't want this child to go back and fourth. I want him or her to be happy. not to have split parents." he said looking up. I sighed. the nurse walked in. "Okay I'm gonna need you to lay back and pull your shirt up." she asked. "Uh why do I have to pull my shirt up?" I asked. "Hun we have to put this gel on your stomach in able to see the baby." she said smiling. I nodded and layed back. I pulled my shirt up and she put the gel on my stomach. I was cold and It tickled a little bit. she looked at the screen. "If you look right there you'll see the baby." she said pointing to the screen. I looked at the screen. I smiled. "As you can see the two of them are-" I cut her off. "Two?!" I asked.
"Honey Your having twins." she said smiling.
"No I can't have two babies. I can barley take care of myself much less two of them." I said sitting up. "Im sorry sweat heart." she said wiping the gel off my stomach. I pulled my shirt down. "What am I gonna do?" I whispered. "You can do this." Matt said getting up and sitting next to me. "I can't have two. what's nash gonna say." I said wiping a tear from my eye. he picked my chin up with his finger. "everything's gonna be okay." he said looking into my eyes. then down at my lips. "I miss you." he mumbled. I didn't know I was leaning in. our lips collided. the spark came back. it wasn't the spark I had with nash it was much more. my stomach was filled with butterflies. it was like 1 million fire works went off. it was like the world stopped around us and nothing cared at the moment except for me and him. until he broke the kiss. "We should go." he said looking down. I nodded. we got up and walked down the hall and out of the hospital.
we got in the car and we drove off. not saying a word to each other.
