Marie's Pov
me and Matt pulled into the house , he looked at me with a smile , we both got out of the car . he walked over to my side . he grabbed my hips and brought me onto him to where there where no spaces between us . "If I see any guy put a hand on you , im gonna beat they're and you'll get yours when we get home , understood ?" he said against my neck , I nodded . he grabbed my hand and we walked inside I was still in shock from what he said . I shook it off and walked inside with Matt . chelsea ran up to me giving me the biggest hug I hugged her back just as tight . "i missed you much." I yelled over the music letting her go . "I missed you to." she said smiling . Matts friends came over and did the bro hug thing . "Hey Marie long time know see you look good ." Sammy said biting his lip looking me up and down ." Matt didn't notice . "Thanks." I said looking down . "Uh Marie want to go get something to drink yeah." Chelsea said giving me a look , I nodded . we walked away from the group . "I saw that ." chelsea said laughing . "Did you guys ever have a thing ?" she asked taking a drink of her alcohol , "Yeah a long time ago , freshman year." I said spilling the alcohol down my throat , it was a burning sensation that I've never felt before . I cringed at the taste . chelsea laughed . "What happened?" she asked . "He broke my heart , but it's fine now I have Matt." I said smiling . "Damn he's pretty hot." she jokingly said "Are you talking about me again." Hayes said coming up behind chelsea , kissing her cheek. she smiled and looked at him kissing his lips. I smiled , I absolutely loved them together , they were filled with so much passion , and the way they looked at each other was amazing . I looked over and saw Matt he was smiling and laughing with his friends , he made me forget everything that was going on around me . he was beautiful and I know that word isn't something you call a guy but he was . he was gorgeous , I loved him so much . I got cut off from my thoughts when someone tapped my arm , "Hey Marie." He said smirking . "Please leave me alone." I said . "Cmon babe." he said grabbing my hips. I pushed him away ,"I'm not your babe." I said . "Okay okay I just wanna talk ." he said letting go of me. "What's to talk about." I asked rolling my eyes. "Well I just wanted to talk abo-" I stopped listening and looking behind him , I saw Matt hugged some blonde stick with dirty blonde hair , brown eyes , big butt , with medium sized jugs . "Uh who's that ?" I said pointing to the girl hugging my boyfriend . Sammy turned around and turned back to me , "He didn't tell you ?" he said smirking . my heart started pounding . "tell me what ?" I asked looking at him . he shook his head . "That's Bobby, every time you and Matt would fight or break up he would go see her and do things ." he said smirking . I started shaking , my anxiety was getting to me , "Do they still see each other." I asked him biting my lip nervously . "I don't know, probably, I mean it seamed like they loved each other." he said still smirking . I nodded and got my stuff , getting up. "Bye." I said to him and walked out of the house . "Marie." I heard Matt hell coming after me . I kept walking . "Marie." Matt said a little louder . I continued walking . "Marie." Matt said louder putting his hand on my shoulder . I yanked around "WHAT?!" I yelled . he jumped "Yo what wrong with you." he asked . "Who's bobby ?" I asked . he sighed and looked down . "How'd you find out about her." he asked . "Doesn't matter . Get the fuck out of my face." I said turning around walking . "I don't see what the big problem is ." he yelled at me . I turned around "The big problem is , is that I never knew about the girl you were hooking up with when there was something wrong with us!" I yelled . a tear fell from my eye . he looked down . "Your a liar." I whispered . Matt looked up . "Your a liar." I said louder . he started to cry . "Your a liar !" I yelled . "You bullshitted me ! I knew I couldn't trust you!" I yelled at him more tears leaving my eyes . "SHUT UP !" Matt yelled. "JUST SHUT UP I DID NOTHING TO YOU !" he yelled back . "Go tell bobby that , leave me alone . just leave me alone ." I said . I turned around . I started running . I whipped my tears and continued it started to rain .
I stopped running and sat down on a bench . I took off my heels and stood back up walking . I started to cry . I walked in the rain until I saw my house . I ran inside and saw my mom sitting at the counter . she turned around with a smile but when she saw me her smile vanished . "What's wrong baby ?!" she said running up to me whipping my mascara stained cheeks. "Me and Matt got into an argument ." I said sighing looking down. "I'm sorry honey ." she said hugging me . "I hugged her back. "Where have you been ." I asked her when she let go of me . "Well I've been out." she said taking my hand and sitting me on the couch . "What's wrong ?" I asked . "Well honey you know how your dad got away ?" she said . I nodded looking down . "Well that means he's still out there and I've decided that it's the best for us to move ." I looked up . "What!" I asking getting up. "Honey it's for the best we leave tomorrow , were going to Arizona . " she said getting up also . I looked at her and ran upstairs . I ran into my room and shut the door . I slid down the door crying . I grabbed my phone and called Matt .

*voicemail*
I decided to leave a voicemail .
"Matt I know we got into it but I needed to tell you that I'm moving . I don't really think you care but I just wanted to tell you I love you and we leave in the morning . bye ." I struggled hanging up the phone . I hung it up. "I love you." I mumbled . tears rolled down my cheeks , they wouldn't stop .i got up wiping my face but the tears kept coming . I started getting out bags and started packing my things . my mom walked in with more . she laid them on my bed and kissed my fore head . "it's for the best ." she said . I nodded . "I know." I said closing my eyes . I continued packing with the help of my mom .
*the morning*
I got out of my bed , I didn't get any sleep , I waited for a call back from the love of my life but it never happened . I looked around my room , everything was packed and in the uhaul . it seemed so dull , all the darkness I used to feel was coming back . soon I'll be out of this house , away from all the memories , away from all the pain and misery . I walked in the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror . I looked down , "After all these years you still disgust me." I said to my reflection . I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed the close on the side of my bed . I put them on and put my hair in a bun . I grabbed my dirty clothes and put them in a bag . I grabbed my back pack that had my essentials I was going to need . I opened my door to see my best friend mascara running down her cheeks . "I'm gonna miss you like hell." she said crying harder . I started crying . she jumped on me and gave me the biggest hug . "I love you Marie ." she said crying in my shoulder . "I love you to chelsea ." I said crying also . my mom walked up the stairs . I saw a tear leave her eye . "It's time to go ." she said wiping her eyes . I let go of chelsea and she grabbed one of my bags and with the other hand she grabbed my hand . we walked down stairs .
we put my stuff in the back and closed the trunk . I hugged chelsea again , "Keep me posted ." I smiled wiping my face . "I will I love you ." she said letting go . "I love you too ." I said back . my mom came up and pulled us into a group hug .
we all let go and I waved to chelsea . my mom got into the car and I did the same . "Wait." I said . I got out and ran to chelsea giving her another hug . "I'll miss you ." I said . "I'll miss you too." she said back . I let go . I went to the car door . I turned back and waved . I got in the car . we started to drive off . I put my head down letting a tear roll down my face .
*20 mins later*
I stared out of my window admiring everything around us . I looked down at my phone . "Mom ?" I said turning towards her . "Yes?" she said looking at the road . "I want a fresh new start." I said to her . she rolled down my window . "Go ahead ." she said . I looked to my side . the cool air hit my face . I took a deep breath and whispered "Goodbye Matt."
after that I threw my phone out of the window and rolled it back up . "I'm proud of you ." my mom said . I smiled . "Me too ."
Matts Pov
I woke up with a pounding head ache , I got waisted at the party last night after me and Marie fought . I lifted my body up and ran my hands threw my hair . I looked at my phone and picked it up .
*1 missed call*
*1 voicemail from Marie😻👅*
I scrolled and unlocked my phone and listened to the voicemail .
"Matt I know we got into it but I needed to tell you that I'm moving to Arizona . I don't really think you care but I just wanted to tell you I love you and we leave in the morning . bye." her crying voice said .
I looked at the time 5:00 it read . I put my phone in my pocket . I got out of bed quickly and threw on some pants . I ran out of my house shirtless . I ran to my car and got in . I put the keys in the slot . the car started but died down . "Cmon." I said hitting the wheel . I got out and slammed the door . I started running . no no no . I can't loose her . I can't . I can't . I tried calling her but it went automatically to voice mail , I huffed and ran faster .
I saw her house . I ran closer and saw chelsea sitting down on the curb with her head down . I approached her . "She's gone." she said not looking up . I ran my hands threw my hair . "she can't be ." I said on the verge of crying . she got up and looked at me with puffy eyes . "Well she is and maybe if you wouldn't have gotten drunk out of your mind and actually listened to her you would know that." she said walking past me . "Please tell me where she went ." I said . she stopped . "No , but I will tell you this ," she turned around coming closer to me . "Go to hell." she said three gritted teeth . she turned around and walked away . I sat on the curb and tried calling her again . it still went to voicemail . I started to cry . what happened to rescuing her Matt . I said to myself .
