We were in the hospital now and me and Marie were in a hospital room. A doctor came in and said,"She lost a lot of blood. We are going to have to take her into surgery." I sighed and nodded. A tear left my eye. A bunch of doctors came in and took her to another room while I just sat there. I got up and went to go get something from the vending machine. I looked over to see a guy crying. I walked over and said,"Hey dude what's wrong?" He looked up and said,"My wife is in labor and they say she's losing a lot of blood and might not make it. She's the love of my life." He said wiping his tears only to let more fall. "Just think of the positive.Your gonna have a child. A beautiful kid to call your own. And your wife's gonna make it. And she's gonna come out of that room with the beautiful boy or girl that you are going to call yours." I said with a weak smile. He smiled and said,"Thanks Bro." I nodded and walked to the waiting room. I sat down with my head in my hands and started to cry. There was no one else in the room so i didn't care. I looked up to see a lady rushing towards her computer and printing papers fastly. I got up and said,"Ma'am everything all right?" She looked up and nodded and ran away to a run quickly. I sighed and sat back down. That's when I saw Taylor burst threw the doors with tears all over her face. She saw me and came rushing towards me,"WHAT DID YOU DO WHERE IS SHE?" She said crying harder. I got up and hugged her. "She's in surgery." I said on the verge of crying. "WHAT HAPPENED?" She screamed. I felt like this was all my fault I started to break down. I fell to my knees crying. " I DONT KNOW. THIS IS ALL MY FAULT!" I said crying harder. Taylor sat down and started crying in her hands quietly while I was on the ground sobbing. "Mr. Espinosa?" I turned to see a lady holding a clip board with a worried face. Me and Taylor got up and walked over. "Yes?" I asked sniffling. "We'll as you know Marie lost a lot of blood and not just from her head also from self harm." She said and I nodded looking down and crying quietly. "Anything else." She nodded and looked down.
"She didn't make it."
