"Are they ready?" I yelled, Hades groaned before walking in with a dirty Egon.
"I turned for one second to put on Alina's shoes and he got into the baby powder." Hades groaned, I chuckled as he handed me Egon and I sat him on the bed.
"Go finish getting Alina Ready, I got the trouble maker." I said, he laughed and handed me a new set of clothes he had picked out.
"Thanks dear, I don't know why he's so grouchy today." Hades said, I smiled and shrugged.
"He's a toddler and a wolf, he's growing into his mischief—his teenage years are gonna give us grey hair." I laughed, Hades chuckled but there was a sadness in his eyes I didn't understand.
"Yes they are, I'll go get her other shoe—I hope she doesn't cry this time." Hades muttered, Alina hated shoes and I didn't blame her—they absolutely sucked.
Hades left the room, Egon had started playing with my remote. He looked at it, glared and then threw it—wow definitely in a grouchy mood.
"What's wrong my baby? What's got you all grouchy?" I asked him, egon looked at me—he just stared before he reached out to me.
I got closer and I touched him, I closed my eyes and my little boy showed me his thoughts. You thought I couldn't see my baby's memories either? I wonder what got him all upset, he's never this cranky with his father.
I looked up at Hades, Awe—egons being held. Why does Hades look so sad? This must've been after I went to be last night, he's wearing the pajamas I got him.
"I don't think you can understand buddy, but daddy's sick—i'm fighting hard by son and I hope I get to make it till your big and strong just don't tell your sister—she gets worried, I want you to take care of your mommy if I can't fight anymore." Hades whispered as he spoke,
