Let me catch you up I was 6 going on seven years when my Mom got called in by the King Roland the Second my soon to be step-father. I had seen them around the kingdom before this but never really been given the chance to actually get to know them. My Mom wasn't from Enchancia originally she moved her with her husband a grand sailing explorer best talents were creating maps, and being able to sail big ships like our royal schooner with little difficult after I turned 4 years old my father disappeared at sea on the last sailing trip. And for two years I lived a happy ordinary village with my mother and childhood village friends, Ruby and Jade I became a part of the Buttercup troop they formed with me, and ganged amazing skills. They had things in common with me. At the end of my sixth year of my life we got a fancy royal envelope with a royal letter from requesting that the king have made a new pair of shoes. The next week my mother did nothing but make a pair of shoes for the king. She wanted them to work and fée comfortable as that's the way her parents taught her before. My Dad's side of the family said Miranda and his family had been best friends since as long as he could remember and everybody in the families who married all had daughters. I had cousins cousins I didn't know were even my cousins. What having lots of daughters was never that uncommon in ancient days. My family still followed the ancient laws of the universe apparently until we went the King. King Roland the Second at the end of the first week in the month of December my Mother and I stepped onto the royal carriage with the shoes that my Mother prepared especially for the King of Enchancia with lots of heartfelt caring love.
I was in for a surprise.
I never knew how much this one little meeting would change my life—
And not to mention that this one moment would change me forevermore.
I always thought that my life in the village with my mother and my best friends was perfect just the way it was. With just the two of us a happy family bright and full of joy content with the simple life.
Perhaps the song "I'm not Ready to Be A Princess," maybe should have been titled, "I'm Not Ready To Show Myself To The World."
Just kidding. I like the bottom title the least but the words are the truth behind the lyrics of that song.
I wasn't ready to meet the royal world for it was so much bigger and more complex and complicated than the world I grew up within for most of my life.
Because I have the village background in my blood and the village has a place in my heart I feel, connect, and understand the village problems more deeply than the royal side of things.
The village improving it will always be a number one goal for me as a Princess, and an upcoming Royal Advisor of Enchancia and especially as the Everrealm Protector too.
If there's one thing anyone in my castle can agree on about my best trait is my wisdom after all Sofia means Wisdom and you could say after Princess Belle from Beauty and the Beast I'm the Universe's Second Wisest Disney Princess. It's my wisdom and love that helps me save the day more than what is contained inside my amulet.

I remember the days when I didn't have royals and villagers would say, "That girl is just as smart and loving as her Father. When the family came here our village of Dunwiddie was blessed with miracles when the three of them brought profit flowing into town benefiting the school and raising people's spirits like no other family had in years."

Yes, that is what people continue to say that I'm so smart it must be wisdom I gained from both of my parents. And that I would be ready for anything that stood in my way....

But the truth is I'm me and I'm not my father I am not sure I'm as smart as him...

The royal carriage stopped at the steps of the royal palace make way for the best shoemaker in all of Enchancia the love lady Miranda and her helpful and loyal daughter."

"Oh, look Amber it's the girl who you almost made the coach run into two years ago and got us both delayed in going to Royal Prep?"

"Humph! No one should have been on that road!" exclaimed Amber.
