"So much ocean, when you take a boat or a ship such as a schooner or an Iber Class Carrack you forget how wide the oceans are." said Sofia realizing that from the back of Lucinda's broom. "Oh, I just love that breeze flowing on my hair."

"So do I, Sof." Lucinda sighs. "It's the most wonderful feeling of all. Pleasant quiet freedom! Up here nobody can tell us no except the storms that cross the ocean."

She was riding the broom with absolutely no hands and they were very very high up even so water was better to land in than land.

"Speaking of storms, I see lightning up, Lucinda!"

"Owlie you know what to do," Lucinda spoke to her brown. "Quicklus Evasus!"

The broom quickly began dodging the lightning strikes by executing evasive maneuvers around them as if it knew where the lightning bolts would come and got out of the way just in the nick of time.

"Wow now that is a crazy obstacle course," stated Sofia. "That's nothing compared to facing Vor."

"Vor!" Lucinda was still mad at the Ancient Queen of Evils. "Nobody is going to hypnotize me again. Because I'm practicing my good magic and soon enough I should be able to withstand other evil people."

"It wasn't your fault," sighs Sofia. "She over powered everyone including the Mystic Isle Protectors." She wasn't going to hide any of this from Lucinda because she was one of the first people who got to meet the Protectors of the Mystic Isles before Sofia was freed from the Amulet. She trusted Lucinda even more now that she had helped bring her back. "There's no way you could have been prepared. What matters the most is you protected my best friends ever in that village from being killed by her when you didn't even have to and when you saw trouble you rushed right into aid us all. That's more than I could ever ask for Lucinda from you especially. Especially since I didn't ask for your help. That's why you're my one of my closest true friends. You've proven you're that worthy of such a title Lucinda. And you're right. You are my Midnight Witch the best Midnight Witch who has ever existed in all the Magical Known Universes and the Best Good Midnight in all Enchancia. Soon I hope that it will spread beyond Enchancia realm."

"Sofia!" exclaims Lucinda. "There it's the Misty Palace Aides full of talking magical creatures dragons and sea monsters."

"Relax aim for one of the pools," said Sofia. "Both groups are my friends they won't attack as long as you're with me." Sofia spoke. The broom practically tossed them in the pool.

"Owlie don't be a boomerang!" yells Lucinda. "Come here right this minute!"

"I didn't think you would name your broom at all," giggled Sofia.

"It's the way I summon it into flight mode, Sofia the owl part of the broom hears me and my magic starts going and it comes to me horizontally at my side so I can just hope on. Now if your creatures here are your friends where are they?"

"Well, they probably did just scatter since we did dive bomb the main sea serpent pool on the island that is just rock." spoke Sofia.

"Oooh! Right my bad but the other pools were too shallow to fall into and you can't really land a broom easily when there's nothing but rocks around and everywhere here is either fire or water."

"I know. I did try to warn you, but you begged me to come along," said Sofia. "Your loss for not listening to common sense."

"Ha! Ha! I see you have a pinch of ruthless in you as well most likely rubbing off from your step-siblings. Moods can't be helped they rub off on you especially if it's a family member, Sofia!" Lucinda says. "Even with the water nearby is it just me or is it still too hot here?"
