(Mainly a Luz chapter~Blood Warning :D)

Luz P.O.V.

It's been a while since I saw that illusion of Amity, or really saw anything. All I can see are my footsteps when I walk. They glow for some reason, besides that it's too dark, and cold. I haven't moved for a while. I don't really want to...I just want to lay down and ignore everything. Despite my wishes I acted on an idea. I walked in a circle leaving behind footprints then dragged my feet in straight lines till I created a light glyph.

"A light glyph made of light that's ironic." I stepped on top of the glyph activating it. It shot up a light bright enough I can see around me. I'm in a mansion of some kind. I looked to be in the main entrance area. There's two staircases leading upstairs one of them having a trail of blood on them a faint metallic smell being much more noticeable because of it. I walked up the one without blood seeing a sign above a hallway that was full of doors.

"Maybe they're used to power her abominations?" I didn't even think about why I could see all this before I went down the hall opening the first door.

"Dad please! She's done nothing wrong! This isn't her fault!" Amity followed her father as he cast a spell opening a side room leading into a dark hall.

"Oh I'm well aware, your love for her isn't the only reason I'm doing this. As for you I can deal with that later." He grumbled opening the door at the end of the hall.

"What the hell do you want with me you freak!" It was the room I was in. I looked like I had been crying for a while, but I don't remember much of that day. It's so hazy and confusing....

"I'm the freak? I do believe you're the freak here. I mean look at you, you're pathetic as hell! Humans are so feeble and weak it's no doubt your cut from the same cloth."

"I'm pathetic? Really? You don't think it's pathetic your own wife made your daughter dye her hair so it looked like hers? No wonder you look like shit." I kept a smug look on my face mocking the witch.

"You should watch your tongue human."

"I have a name Y'know"

"Why bother with the formalities when I can call you what you are? A worthless fucking human"

"SHE IS NOT WORTHLESS!" Amity shouted at her father stepping in front of me.

"Amity, you know you don't talk back." He cast a spell throwing Amity to a wall locking her in place. "Now back to the subject at hand." He turned back to me.

"I-it's not worth it! Don't hurt her!" The witch flicked his wrist making Amity lose the ability to speak.

"Why the fuck do you think it's okay to treat your own daughter like this!"

"Oh I don't, but things must be done. I can't let Amity's annoying behavior get in my way."

"That behavior is what people in my world call being human! Having emotions and expressing who you are isn't a bad thing!"

"I've had enough of you!"  He raised his hands at me, but I didn't react. Not even in the slightest....

The door shut suddenly making me jump back. The word 'Fear' burning into the door. "So there all separate..." I turned behind me opening the next door. It showed when I first told Amity about my dad. The door closed when we fell asleep the word 'Anger' burning into that one. I turned to open the next door seeing blood dripping out of it. I grabbed the doorknob hesitantly turning it.

"Connect me with what she feels, give me her pain so she heals..." Amity held me close in her arms quietly chanting a spell. At some point Amity stopped chanting and laid me down. She sat a few feet away from me waiting for it's effect. It started with bleeding from her mouth, but slowly blood seeped through her shirt. The vision got slightly blurred likely because of Amity's medical condition when this happened. "I love you...even though you probably can't hear me now. For all I know your dead, but the spell worked so I have hope. I have hope that even if I don't see you again, y-you're happy. I know you'll find a way to be without me...." Amity got dizzy blurring the vision more.

Amity had more to say, but the door closed. The word 'Hope' now on that door. I covered my mouth feeling tears hit my hands. Amity didn't know if she was going to live in that moment, and she choose her last words to be that I could live happily without her. Then it clicked, all of Amity's powerful memories have been about me. At least the ones I've seen so far. "Last one..." I opened the last door multiple memories forming Grom, kissing me, literally every single time we've cuddled. Even a few things I don't remember like her staring at me in class, or carrying me back to bed. There's so many memories the door had a hard time closing. Once it did the word 'Love' appeared. I didn't have time to process any of it before I heard something.

"I promise I won't touch her! Just let me go!" Dad's voice came from the other side of the upstairs. The side with the bloody staircase.... I walked over there cautiously seeing the trail of blood continue into another hallway. The smell is insanely more coppery and fresh. I hate it. The sign above the hall was different.

"Unsaid wishes?" I looked at the doors one of them was already open. The blood trail leading into it.

"Pfft haha...." A laugh came from downstairs, slowly morphing from a cute giggle into the laugh you'd hear in a horror movie. I looked downstairs to see Amity hunched over her hands in her hair. She continued laughing standing up straight letting me see she was covered in blood. She sighed looking at me smiling. "It's funny that he thinks he can get away with hurting you...." She laughed again walking up the stairs. "He's so cruel and thought I was gonna put up with that? Really that idiot is a real piece of work."

"A-amity...?" She stopped walking when she was in front of me glancing at the open door. She grinned walking to the door and leaned against the doorway still looking at me.

"You coming?" I walked to the door seeing dad's body hanging upside down. Ice was pierced through his limbs holding him to the wall. I walked back from the bloody scene. I looked away from dad, it's sick....

"Y-you....did t-this?"

"Why of course! Who better to finish the job than me?" Amity twirled her finger to make a spell then moved her hand in a fist making a large ice spike pierce his torso. Blood dripping from the tip as he screamed.

"No!" I wanted to run to him, but Amity hugged me from behind. I felt the blood on her. It's still warm, she wouldn't actually do anything like this though.....right?

Why...why do I care? He's a horrible person a horrible dad and this isn't even real it's all a damn dream. But....

Amity P.O.V.

I left Luz alone to check on Edalyn and Camila. They had stopped arguing, but they aren't talking to each other. They act like parents over Luz it's kinda cute in a way. I didn't leave Luz alone for long, but when I got back she seemed scared. Or at least nervous. She kept muttering but I can't understand her at least not very well. "Luz..." I went to hug her but she pushed me away. And for some reason I got a headache. "What the hell...." Different memories and thoughts flashing in my mind almost intrusively, but they're different than I remember them....it's like someone is watching them. I looked outside seeing Lilith holding a spell in place. "You." I went to run after Lilith, but I couldn't I felt trapped and tired. "Shit..." I slowly passed out with no control over my body.

(Well well quite the predicament here 😁)
