Stuck With The Rain (Lumity-The Owl House)

Sleepover

Amity has finally agreed to a sleepover at the owl house.She thought Augustus and Willow would be coming to, but it was just her and Luz. Once Amity arrived she started to wonder if this was a good idea.

"Hello there Amity, my names Hooty!"

"Uhm Hi, how do you know my name?"

"Luz is always talking about you!"

"Hooty!!" Luz opened the door as Hooty said that.

"You talk about me?" Amity was surprised that Luz talked about her. Although they've become friends recently she hasn't always been the nicest.

"T-That's not important! Come on in Amity"

Although this wasn't her first time at the owl house Amity is still kinda mesmerized.Luz noticed Amity's dazed expression and began to laugh.

"What?"

"It's nothing"

"So where do we sleep?"

"Upstairs in my room"

In her room?Alone?In cute pajamas?!

Amity's face started to go red.She was nervous to be alone with Luz all night.

Amity P.O.V.

"I'm gonna go get changed into some pajamas.Be right back!"

I guess I should change too

"What the?" When I opened my bag to get my pajamas I found a cat onesie?!"Dang it Edric!"

"Is something wrong Amity?"

"Just my brother, he swapped my clothes"

"Aww it's a cute cat!Are you gonna wear it?"

She's so cute! But should I even wear this around her? If Emira or Edric saw me in this they'd post pictures all over school!

"I have a otter onesie that I can get if you want!"

"I guess wearing a cat onesie won't be too bad"

"I'll go get mine on then!"

(Changing sequence)

"Haha! That's what your onesie looks like?"

"You're the one wearing a cat onesie,which is quite adorable"

"I- erm- adorable? Umm thank you..."

"We should watch a movie I can set up Azura on my phone."

"That'd be nice"

"I wonder if Eda has... aha!"

"What are you doing?"

"If you use this with that you can make a makeshift projector!"

"Woah!"And just like that Azura The Good Witch was playing.

"This ones my favorite"

"I don't think I've seen it yet"

1 hour into the movie

"Luz are you awake?"

"Nah I'm a be a witch...." Luz began snoring after she said that.

I wonder what she's dreaming about.I should probably take us upstairs into her room.But I'd have to carry her unless I wake her up!She looks so cute though....

"Amity is my friend and you-"Luz started snoring again.

"Hey kiddo."

"Hi Eda."

"Luz's room is down the hall.King might be in there so feel free to kick him out."

"Okay thank you Eda."

I really have to carry her don't I?

True to Eda's word King was sleeping on Luz's bed.

"King get up"

"I'm the King of Demons! I sleep where I want!"

"King do you want to end up like Hooty?"

"The King of Demons allows you to sleep here. Temporarily....."

King scurried out of the room as I laid Luz down on her bed.

I should probably just sleep on the couch

I was about to leave when Luz started talking again.

"Don't go....I'll protect you..."

I know she's talking in her sleep but I still feel the need to stay with her.

Luz's P.O.V.

I woke up with Amity hugging me from behind.I couldn't move without waking her up. Whenever I tried she tightened her grip which also made her face grow closer to my neck.At this point I can feel her breathing.

"A-Amity..."I could barely talk with her so close.

"Hmm?...O-oh! L-Luz!" Amity's face went completely red.

"Could you move please?"

"O-of course! I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean to get so close to you!"

"It's alright....it was comforting..."

Eda came into my room after that situation.

"Hey everybody stay inside we got boiling rain outside right now.Unfortunately I don't think it's going to let up for a couple hours, maybe days."

"Days?!" Amity and I ended up saying that the same time.

"Yeah, seems like Amity will have to stay with us longer than the original plan"

Maybe this was a good idea........
