What About Mineta?

I walked outside and took a deep breath "ahh..." its been a while since i actually decided to go outside by choice. I should go to the fountain.

I walked beside the water fountain then sat on the side. The water looks so nice. "Hehe!" I looked behind me, it was a family with a child. The dad was holding his daughter on his shoulders while her mom was holding her dads hand. ugh, if only i could've had that..
Hot liquid was flowing down my face. I tried wiping my face but it kept flowing. "Hey, are you alright?" My vision was so blurry i didn't notice a male coming up to me. "O-oh.. ye-yeah.." i said trying not to stutter but failed. "Well by the looks of it you're not. Whats wrong? Oh, by the way my names Jackson." He said sitting next to me. "O-oh. Mineta." I said wiping my eyes, finally stopping the tears. "Nice to meet you, now what happened? Its okay if you don't want to tell me. But just so you know im training to be a therapist so i can help!" He said putting his arm around me. " yeah, um.. i just was looking at that family over there. I just wished i had a childhood like that. Thats all." I said looking down. "Oh.. im really sorry. Well.. hey! Want to go to a cafe? Maybe that will cheer you up." He said grinning at me. "O-oh, really?" I said looking up at him. "Yeah! Ill pay, its not big deal." He said stratching the back of his neck. "Are you sure?" "Yeah of course!"

**time skip**

"Okay, do you want a milkshake." He said looking at the menu. "Oh, sure. If its not too much." "Yeah its ok! My family is rich so its hardly anything!" He said grinning "oh thats nice.. my parents are too but they don't give me any of it." I said looking at the floor. His smile disappeared, turning into an angry expression. "What?! Your parents are rich but don't give you any of it?!" He said trying not to scream. "Oh- um, its really no big deal, they give me a few dollars to last the week so its fine!.." i said trying not to make him mad. "Fine?? Your parents are rich! They are terrible parents!" He said calming down slightly. "Its alright! I used to have a babysitter.. until she.. uh.." Fuck, i can't say it out loud. "Until she what?" Jackson said with a confused expression on his face. "Oh! Nevermind, i forgot what i was gonna say." If he knew, he'd hate me. Hed know how weak I am. And hes really my only friend at this point. "Oh alright, its fine if you don't wanna tell me. Its your own business not mine. Well, i think im done. So, do you wanna head back?" He said, getting up from his chair and grabbing the drinks. "Yeah, lets go."

**time skip**

"Heres my number. So we can keep in touch." He said giving me a piece of paper. "Okay! See you later Jack!" "Bye!" I turned around walking back to the dorms. I about walked in until i heard people talking.
"I told you i saw him with somebody!" "Oh come on, like HE'D be with someone." "Yeah he was crying!" "Who mineta?! Are you serious?" "Yeah, then they both left somewhere."
I walked into room pretending i didn't hear anything. I saw the girls, bakugou, todoroki, deku, and denki. They immediately looked me up and down. "Where have you been?!" Bakugou asked. "Oh, i was just outside."
"Is it true you were crying?" Mina asked. "Huh?.." i can't let them know i was. They would think im weak. "What are you talking about? I was just outside. Anyways, you girls are looking nice today ;)"
"Ugh, shut up Mineta!" Jirou said looking like she was about to kill me. "Rrrrigghhtt.. im gonna go now." I said heading towards my dorm. "Tell us the truth. You were crying, i saw." Denki said in a serious tone. I stopped in my tracks not looking behind me. "And i told you, i wasn't. So just drop it." I began heading towards my dorm again.

"Damn, ive never seen him so serious before." Bakugou said actually kind of impressed. "Yeah, but i think he might still be lying." Mina said with a worried expression. "Yeah. But don't worry, we'll get the truth out of him soon."
