So about 2 weeks back, my mom met this lady on Facebook, who has an Autistic daughter. They decided to set us up to be friends, even though she's 20 already. We started talking, and we ended up liking each other, so today we hung out in-person for the first time. It went great! We got McDonald's, drove around, and listened to music. We even drove around a bunch of backroads to find Hank Williams Jr.'s house, since he lives in our town. AND WE FOUND IT. It was super nice! I wonder if he noticed a car sitting outside his gate with people gawking at his house lol.
Anyway, some stuff I learned about her:
She doesn't like Trump, but she doesn't like Biden either, but that's better than nothing.
She supports LGBTQ+
SHE SHARES A BIRTHDAY WITH TOM HIDDLESTON
She's an animal lover
And that's about it. But I think this is gonna work out, and I'm so happy to have a new friend!
