So for Halloween, I unfortunately will not be dressing as Courtney Freaken Miller after all. The suit is really expensive (especially since I still don't know if Halloween is still happening in my town) and I can't get any idea on how to style that crazy hair. So that's out of the question. Do you guys have any cool costume ideas that aren't too expensive and I can actually do? Cause I have ideas flowing through my mind, but I'll most likely need a wig, and I can't use my new hairstyling skills on fake hair. So does anyone have any cool ideas?
