Philip sneezed and coughed. God, his sickness is growing worse.

He grunted and looked at the baked dessert and teapot, and to his guilt, he pushed aside the dessert to grab the teapot.

"I need to learn how to decline Ruski's gifts..." Philip mumbled, finally grabbing the dessert and taking a piece from it. "Kinda weird that he'd give me cake after finding out that I'm si..."

He took a bite from it, then realised that it wasn't as sweet as he thought, it was simply filled with cream that made his tongue fulsome, and not uncomfortable.

"Haah.. maybe he does know what he's doing..." Philip took another bite, but then widened his eyes. He quickly took the basket and vomited.

"S-shit..."

Philip sighed and pushed himself back, cringing to feel the numbing pain from both inside and outside. Only a day left before he could go back to his country, at least he has that going for him. The boy huffed and dialed China. "Nǐ hǎo.."

"Tsina, where's my work?"

There was slight shuffling of papers, and to his surprise, China didn't answer like he would used to. It sounded more professional.

"Uh... right, your work. Come by my office to retrieve it if you can. I'm really busy right now..."

...no flirts? Comments? China must be really busy. "By the way, bring the documents given to you by Russia. Xiǎo shǐ [Little shit] didn't include me in the documents.."

Huh. That was a completely different tone from the China he knew, but Philip didn't mind. He happily complied to the request and left his office.

As he passes through the grand hallway of China's embassy, he noticed the security cameras suddenly turning to the direction he's going. That wasn't the first time that it happened though, and since it happened multiple times before, he thought it was normal - like some sort of movement detector.

Philip continued his way through the embassy until he reached China's office.

"Oh... wow.."

Ridiculous amounts of paper is piled up on China's table, as the man himself looked incredibly tired. "Hello, Philip..."

"Are you alright?"

China narrowed his eyes. "Does it look like I'm alright?"

He gulped, China definitely looked pretty bad. "I can bring you some tea, there's still some leftover from what I brewed-"

"No. Don't. I'm fine."

"But you just said-"

"I'm not alright, but I'm fine. Don't mind it."

Philip hesitated, but eventually closed the door and sat down in front of the desk. "Here..."

He carefully handed the folder towards China, noticing that the other's hand was trembling to reach for the documents. Before Philip could move, China had suddenly snatched the folder away. "Ah.. apologies for that."
