Elodie's outfit^^
Elodie
I got the job at the school and had been officially teaching 3rd grade for a week. The only down side is that I hadn't been able to see my dad in a few days, which is why apparently I was spending my Saturday night at the clubhouse. Dad had been hounding me for days to come over and eventually I had no choice but to agree. As I parked in the parking lot, I quickly checked my hair and make up, making sure they both looked good.
"Elle." Jax must have been smoking a cigarette and saw me because he was heading my way as soon as I got out of my car.
"Jax! How's Abel?" I asked, giving him a small hug before taking a drag off of his cigarette.
"As good as he can be, you gonna come by and see him sometime?" He asked, stealing back his smoke.
"Definitely, I'll stop by sometime after work next week." I told him, walking towards the building. "Maybe bring a book to read him. Some Auntie/Nephew bonding time." I continued, making my way into the building.
"I'll make sure to let Tara know that you're all set." He mentioned, pulling out the bar stool for me. I gave him a questioning look as he mentioned Tara. "She's Abel's doctor, Elle. That's it." I wasn't sure if he was trying to convince me or himself more.
"Alright sure." I said, knowing that he probably didn't want to continue to talk about the girl who broke his heart years ago. Jax gave me a small smile before changing the subject.
"Hey Sweetheart." Dad came up behind me, pressing a kiss to the side of my head.
"Hi Daddy." I smiled sweetly. Even though, I didn't see him often, seeing my dad always put me in a good mood.
"How have you been doing? Feels like I haven't seen you in forever." Dad asked, quickly ordering another beer.
"It's been a week." I paused to thank Half-Sack, who brought me a beer over along with dads, "But I've been good. Feels great to be teaching." I continued.
"I'm glad." He said before turning his attention to a crow-eater.
"Go dad, we'll catch up over lunch soon." I urged him to go. Jax seemed to already have found a sweet-butt. Dad grinned, kissing my head once again, telling me he loved me before practically running after the girl. I laughed, turning my attention to my drink.
"Been a while, Lass." I heard Chibs say as he slid onto the bar stool next to me.
"I've been busy, Chibby." I laughed, finishing my beer, asking Half-Sack for another.
"Missed seeing ya pretty face 'round here." He said, a smirk on his lips. I lightly snorted, blushing at the sudden noise.
"You drunk, Chibs?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. He only shot me a smile, ordering a glass of whiskey.
"Don't know Lass. Might be, might not be." He laughed, nearly drinking the glass of whiskey in one sip. I shook my head slightly. I hadn't been around a drunk Chibs in a very long time, but I didn't remember him being a flirty drunk.
"You're a hell of a drunk, Chibby." I said, looking down at my beer. Chibs smiled, leaning over as if to whisper in my ear.
"I don't need to be drunk to know that ya have a pretty face." I could feel his warm breath on my face. He suddenly stood up.
"Ya should come by more often." He kissed my cheek before walking away. I felt like I had a permanent blush on my face as I drank my second beer. The rest of the night I didn't drink anymore, knowing that I had to drive home. Around 12 a.m. I told my dad goodnight and headed home.
