One Hundred and Eighteen

Almost for got, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAN TORINO!!! (January 28)

I step onto the balcony, sending Flare in to unlock the door. Only to b caught by the man occupying the bed with his daughter. "How was the Gala?" Izuku asks, sitting up with Tenshi clinging to him in her sleep. "Interesting to say the least." I answer, sitting down next to him still in my dress but the lights are off.

I place a kiss on Tenshi's head, causing her to snuggle more to her father. "I'm gonna change." I tell Izuku as I get back up, "Wait, I want to see your dress. " Izuku says before adding "If that's okay."

Luckily Tenshi is a deep sleeper, I flick on the lights. "Woah." Izuku says "You look amazing Azula."

"Thank you." I blush before going to get change, just an oversized t-shirt, and into the half-bath to wash the makeup off. It's when I look up at the mirror I realize bad my dark circles are. I let out a sigh, at least I will be done with the mission in less than a month.

I go back to the room, turning off the lights then crawling into bed next to Izuku. "Hey," Izuku says "are you doing okay?"

"Just some stress," I answer honestly "but nothing too bad." I lay down as he gives his reply "Okay, just making sure." Izu place a kiss on my temple before putting an arm around me and falling asleep.

I give a smile "Love you Izuku." I say before falling asleep too.

Slight time skip

I jerk up in cold sweat, luckily not waking Izuku nor Tenshi. I rub my forehead, Why tonight of all nights? I mentally ask. Stupid nightmares, I feel my eyes starting to well up with tears. The 'mare was way to nerve-racking to talk about; and they, the nightmares, keep in getting worst the closer it gets to the invasion. Which is a shame because I need an actual sleep schedule, not just a reliance on coffee and Mountain Dew. I'm really starting to get annoyed. 

I lay back down, trying to steady my shaking breath, sipping my tears before trying to go back to sleep. But I almost never do go back to sleep after a nightmare.

'Nother time skip

Morning comes, sleep did not for me. "Mama." Tenshi yawns before crawling over to me, "Good morning baby." I smile before kissing her part.

"Can I see Unki Kei today?" she asks. "Unki Kei?" I am a little confused, "Big Bird! Toto calls him Kei sometimes." Tenshi explains.

"Ah, well I think Unki Kei is going to becoming over today anyways." I tell her, sitting up. "Really?!" she gasps with a grin; I nod, causing her to jump with joy on my lap. "Calm down." I chuckle "Dada is still sleeping."

"Sowwy Dada." she whispers toward Izuku, who is still sleeping soundly. "Let's go and make breakfast for everyone." I say, it's Saturday so they'll still be asleep and waking up to breakfast is a good way to start the day.

Tenshi nods her head vigorously and we get up, me grabbing my phone and putting on a pair of shorts.

Upon going downstairs, my inference is proven correct with the area empty aside from Tenshi and I. "What should I make for breakfast?" I ask Tenshi.

"Soba!" is her immediate response, definitely my daughter. "Maybe for lunch." I tell her regretfully. "Tamagoyuki." [pronounced with yucky at the end for Tenshi]
