One Hundred and Forty-Seven

"Don't Tell me you're loosing your touch Azula!" Kamai laughs as I roll my right shoulder, "If I was then I'd be dead Kamai." I reply, I'm probably still recovering from the past few months, now actually having to get some sleep because someone either hid or drank up my coffee stash and Iida is not letting me get anymore. "Bullshit! Those guys are easy." my friend remarks.

"I am sure the villains would appreciate being called easy.' Toya says from the sidelines with Sora and Hakaku in his arms. "Hey Toya!" Shoto calls "Can you help me with something?!"

"Fine!" Toya yells back before handing Kamai and I the twins "This is your sign to take a break"

"Fine." I mumble, putting Sora on my hip before going to grab my water bottle. "Toya seems different." I note, once he was away; I mean sure with all that has happened, yeah I'd expect some changes. "Good to know I wasn't the only one that noticed." Kamai remarks "He's not lifting much, mostly the twins or lighter."

"Nor did he do any fighting, he just stayed next to me." I add, a little sus to me. "There wasn't any quirks involved, from what I was told, so someone had to have been preggo, unless Hawks can lay eggs." Kamai says.

"Toya was sick back in January and February." I remark as Izuku goes out for a walk. Toya seems to be the only one of the couple that has been actually resting, unlike myself, which is very unlike my eldest brother to do willingly, even back when he was a quilt.

"I think Toya was the one that carried." I state after much consideration.

"So the man's a switch." my friend snorts.

"I got the gist." Detective Tsukauchi says "He gave the boy a quirk and took control of the family. The quirk was granted about a decade ago? The fact that the kid's sitting here tells us that he's not rigged to blow in case of betrayal the way Nagant was."

Sitting in front of us is Aoyoma and his parents, tied to three chairs after Hagakure discovered that he was the traitor.

"May I ask you children to leave the room?" Nezu asks, glancing at us, shocked is an understatement.

"No. You may not." Shoto says next to me as I give a respectful "Fuck no".

"This makes not frickin' sense!!"

"What were you planning if Hagakure hadn't caught you?!"

"C'mon Aoyoma!! Tell us it's all bullcrap dude!!!"

"Another one of us who started out quirkless...small world huh?"

"This explains a couple things." I mumble as the detective asks the trio what they know about AfO.

"We know nothing," Mr. Aoyoma says "He makes his requests and we obey, that's all. Should we fail? He'll kill us. If we lie to him, we're dead."

"How?" I ask, I mean Ty Lee needs to know.

"He gave us a demonstration of what happens to those who defy him." the man answers "It was some lackey who surrendered to the police, they were killed soon after leaving prison, so they couldn't escape him. Wherever we run, he'll find us, and make us face our doom! Yuga had no way of knowing what would happen each time he followed those orders!! He only knew that he mustn't fall under suspicion! We're the ones to blame!!"

"Your deaths could very well have been on my head and yet," Aoyoma cries "I found myself smiling alongside you all as if we were truly friends. Then we learned Midoriya was also once quirkless yet he faces the crushing task that is standing up to All for One. I despaired when I realized how pathetic I am  compared to him. Rather than express concern for Midoriya, I wallowed in my own misery, which sent me spiraling even deeper. I'm rotten to the core. I, Aoyoma Yuga, am a villain through and through.*

"Bullshit. I state as Izuku speaks "Oh yeah? Then why did you try to save Kacchan, Azula and Tokoyami back in the forest?" I think I was knocked out at that point "And the cheese you left me that night, did All for One order you to do that too? Huh?! Of course not!" he yells "I'm kicking myself for not realizing that that was your SOS to me! And the reason you're bawling your eyes out now clearly isn't because you failed All for One!!

"I happen to know a hero who got manipulated by him. But even she didn't sell her whole soul! Her spirit was just crushed! That's all!!"

"Midoriya, kid." All Might says as I walk over to my boyfriend as he continues "Doing wrong doesn't make you a villain for  he rest of life!"

"If that was true, Toga and Toya wouldn't be here and I'd be expelled again." I shrug, I mean I was more willing when it came to planning.

"Take my hand Aoyoma." Izuku stretch a hand out "You can still be a hero!!"

Only 800 words, but this felt like a good place to end the chapter.
