As I slowly woke up, I hear a high-pitched voice speak, "Helloooo! Are you ok?!"
I slowly sat up and turn to see a floating girl (?) and a guy with blonde hair. "H-Hello?"
"Oh, you're okay! What are you doing?" The floating girl asked me.
I looked around, "Is.. Is this Inazuma?"
The floating girl and the blonde guy looked at each other, and then looked back at me, "N-No! You're in Mondstadt! You look in bad shape, come dock your boat here!"
Oh my goodness! I.. Did it! I grabbed the paddles and got closer to shore. As I hit the sand, the floating girl and the blonde boy helped me out of the raft.
"So what were you doing rowing by Mondstadt? Where are you from?" The blonde guy asked.
Should I tell them? "Well... I'm from Inazuma-"
"Inazuma?!" The floating girl flew closer, "That's so far! But why are you rowing over here? Isn't Inazuma a closed nation?"
"Well... last night, my brother and I were planning to escape Inazuma and travel around Teyvat, to start a new life. But we were caught and my brother stayed behind to let me escape. P-Please don't deport me back to Inazuma!" I bowed at them.
"No no, don't worry! We won't do anything like that." The blonde guy smiled, "So, what's your name?"
"The name's (Y/n)." I replied as I placed my hand on my chest.
"I'm Aether, and she's Paimon." He pointed to the floating girl.
"Paimon's glad to meet you, (Y/n)!" Paimon smiled. "Well, since you are here to travel around Teyvat, and he needs to find his sister, we three can be travel buddies!"
"Oh, you need to find your sibling?" I turned to Aether.
"Mhm, I need her with me so we can leave this world."
"Oh, so you're from another world? Cool!" I geeked out.
