the almost kiss

*Fast forward to the movie premiere*

To my surprise the movie was actually pretty good, I don't usually like tv so I was super surprised but I enjoyed it I guess. The movie was over and as I went to get up and leave Jemma put a hand on my shoulder and held me down and tom walked out on stage, he searched through the crowd to find me and eventually layed his eyes on me and smirked, I smile a bit and then shake it off hoping he doesn't notice, he says a big speech or something and then a gorgeous girl who was also in the movie walks on stage appearantly her name was MJ, idk. Everything was normal untill she kissed him, it wasn't like in the movie it was different cause I knew they weren't acting, idk why cause I didn't even like him but I started to feel jealous and upset. Jemma and jagger looked surprised since they spent this whole time telling me he was different Jemma looks at me with tears in my eyes and says "I'm so sorry I really thought he was different y/n" I shrug my shoulders and say "whatever I don't even like him so why would I care" I grab my stuff and run out of the theater choking back tears, Tom notices and chases after me. After some running he catches me and says "wait y/n it's not what you think-" I wipe my tears quickly and cut him off by saying "what are you talking about, it's not like I like you, idc you can kiss whoever you want" even tho I knew deep down I kinda liked him but I wouldn't admit it, it wasn't only that he was kissing somebody else, I felt lied to cause he said he was single and he's obviously not. Once I got home I just went straight to bed. The next morning I got ready for work and to my surprise Tom showed up at me work to apologize, so he walked in and said "y/n can I please talk to you, please" I said "ok" and let him explain he looked at me and I can tell he's worried and says "I'm not dating Zendaya, we had a fling once but it's been over for months she's just not over me, I promise" (ik Tom and Zendaya aren't dating and never have but just for the story we gonna pretend they have) and for some super odd reason I believed him and idk why so I said "it's ok I understand, girls are crazy" I giggled and so did he he then left and I finished my shift and went home, I did what I usually did on a Saturday night, go for a shower then sit and watch reality tv with some snacks and then go to bed and read a book, ideal Saturday for me but this time I got interrupted by....yep you guessed it, Tom fucking Holland. I'm sitting on the couch watching tv and eating snacks when I hear a knock at the door, I roll my eyes and go to open it and see tom standing there with pizza as he yells "PIZZA'S HERE!!!" I look at him wide eyed and say "one I didn't ask for pizza and two who invited you and three how'd you find my house" he laughs and says "that's unimportant" and walks in and sits on the couch and I say "fine you can stay but only if you have pepperoni" he smirks and I say "I'm going to the washroom I'll brb" then I leave, when I get back he's gone so I assume he left but then I hear noice upstairs where my room is, I roll my eyes and walk up thinking to myself "wow this boy really has no sense of privacy" I get up there and he's looking through my panty drawer I yell "hey what are you doing, you can't look in there" he turns around holding a red lacy thong and says "is this why" i can feel my face get super red as I snatch it from him and go to put it back not realizing how close our faces are, he looks down at my lips as I realize what's going on so I pull away quickly and say "you should go" as I look down he looks kinda pissed and says "when are you gonna give me a chance" I look down and say "I told you I don't date now please go" he leaves and I clean up everything downstairs then go to bed, I'm usually very proud of the fact that I can fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow but this time i can't I tossed and turned for about an hour till I finally drifted off.
